Hello, I’m having trouble accessing the Vive Theme templates in Elementor. They simply don’t load for selection and use. When I try to open or start a new page using an existing template, the template library window keeps loading, and some errors appear in the Google Chrome DevTools console. If I deactivate the theme, everything works normally again and I can view Elementor’s default templates without any issues. However, with the theme deactivated, the theme templates are not usable.
I have a video showing the bug, and I’d like to share it with you for review.
My support period has expired, but since I’m currently unable to use the theme’s templates, how can we resolve this?

Yes you can disable WooCommerce plugin if you want and you can also add/remove sections on pages using Elementor.
Ι would like to use the theme without WooCommerce. Could you please clarify what features or layouts I would lose if I don’t install WooCommerce (except from the shop page, product page etc.)? Specifically, I’d like to know if any templates or key design elements would be affected.
Only shop and product pages are related to WooCommerce plugin.

I see error

Anyway, now the error is gone after applying fix to your theme files. Please make sure to include them in the next theme update.
There were 2 files that I want you to update.
1. Inside “lib/translation.php”Change the code below

to

2. Inside vive-elementor plugin in “vive-elementor.php (Line 72)”Change the code below

to

After deactivating the plugin and reactivating it, there is no more error in the log file.Please see my support ticket. Your latest update broke my website. animated-headline and colors, size and location of the header menu plus other colors inside the header graphic. I have to revert this update. Provide me “Vive Theme Elements for Elementor” version 1.3.0 so that I can downgrade the the plugin from 1.3.1.
My apologies…! As soon as I pressed “Regenerate CSS & Data” under admin.php?page=elementor-tools, all the correct design came back to me. Thank you for the update.

I like the theme. Before buying I have a few important questions to ask… 1. Demo content - Some themes only allow 1 demo to install and if users want to change the demo, have to re-install it again (meaning losing other demo previously installed). I basically want to have all the demo and selecting sections from one demo and another that I like and then put them together to create my own unique pages.
2. Trainer—I don’t need individual trainer page so the demo seems a good match with what I want but I need to be able to at least add 1 social media per trainer. So not going to single trainer page but shows a social media link on each trainer. Is that possible?
3. Are Header / Footer are both editable template? Not just able to update from theme option etc? I want the freedom to add/edit what’s inside etc.
4. Section / Flex Container – I guess all the demo are created by section but does the theme allows me to convert them into container by 1 single click? (usually the button appears) if I turn the flex container option on in the elementor setting? Usually this is normal but lately I encountered a theme that prevent from showing the “convert” button. As a result, no convert option but I have to manually create the layout from scratch.

1. When you import demo contents. It will import all homepages you saw on our demo sites and you can choose the one you want to use.
You can also import each page individually using Elementor templates as well.
2. Yes you can create a single trainer page using Elementor.
3. Yes you can edit header & footer layouts, elements using Elementor.
4. You can use Elementor convert button to convert section to container. Our theme didn’t blocks this option.

I imported the demo and it seemed it went well but as soon as I am switching the theme over to child theme, the header is broken (home – dropdown mega menu is opened by default no matter which page I visit)..... Please help. *I want to know if the post is private as well.

According to Elementor license. They don’t allow theme developer to purchase and include its pro version since they sell it on subscription model (yearly).
Basically everything you saw on demo site are included without required purchasing any additional pro version.
So there is no need to buy Elementor pro version to create all pages you saw on our demo sites. We are using basic version of Elementor across all demo pages too.

Hello, I bought the license and registered the purchase code. But the site was built on a temporary domain name. Now the final version has been installed on the actual domain name but the purchase code doesn’t work anymore because it says it’s already been used on the temp domain name. How can I switch the purchase code to use on the intended domain name?

Importing demo won’t delete any existing pages. However I would recommend you to import demo pages on clean WordPress installation instead so your contents won’t mix with demo ones.
