Hello, I really like your theme, I bought 3 times.
But I am concerned that your theme is very slow.
The images take very long to load, I disabled the lazy load but they still loading while I am scrolling down the page?
Also how do I disable to zoom effect on the images? There is no option in admin.
Do I have to add CSS code?
I want to remove all the effects, lazy loading, animation. The logo and menu scroll up when I load a page.
I want this disabled.
Can you share the CSS Code here?
I really dont want a slow theme where I cant disable zoom and other effects, really not good.

Currently, Shopify doesn’t support a CSV file so you can upload to the categories filter to populate vehicles into the Make/Model/Year categories filter.

Hi, I tried the “high fashion” demo and found an error in the menu. When you try another landing page, the menu from the first landing page will be displayed. The correct menu for the given landing page is not displayed there. I also noticed it in another demo, where the tabs were displayed correctly, but the menu on other laning pages did not work correctly. You can just import data of 1 homepage layout for store. And if you want to use another homepage, you can switch by following this user guide https://halosoft.gitbook.io/ella-documentation/installation/install-theme#step-2-upload-settings-data-for-home-page.
And if you want to use section of homepage A for homepage B, it is possible.

When you purchase the theme, all images of homepages are not included in package, they will show as placeholder images and you will replace by your images. If you want to have the same our demo images, we can provide you the service to help you set up store and you will pay an additional cost for this service with some reason as below:
1/ With the Section themes, when you install theme source, it won’t include demo images/ banners like you see on our theme demo because Shopify doesn’t allow you to get data to show up when it is Section themes. Therefore, you need to start uploading and refer to our instructions in the User Guide to manage and set up. The demo in documentation will help you easily manage when you created menus, categories, uploaded images.. for your site.
2/ For demo contents such as banners, product data, it will not be included in theme purchase as they are under our license and we are buying licenses from other resources. You need to set up with your own data
3/ Regarding theme demo data, the banners as well as demo products are not included in the theme package as they are under copyright and are just for demo showcases.

I have a question on Customization options which is a setting in the theme’s settings. I already watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnCd_VB-JJ8 that discusses this feature. The question is can we make it mandatory that someone must fill out that text field for the Customization option in order to add the item to the cart? Anyway to make the customization text option a mandatory thing that the customer must do? ALSO… if I do a report… for example. exporting the day’s sales to a CSV report… using an app or Shopify’s reporting of sales feature… will the text put in by the customer for the customization option show up in the sales report… along with the person’s name, address, etc. that is already included in the order’s info for that sales report? To show images for Brand Tab section, you can follow our instruction here to set it up:
Step 1:
- Prepare image of the collection items for each tab. Name it with the same name as the collection (please use PNG image).
- Rules:
+ Lower cap.
+ And use a hyphen ”-” to replace white space if your collection name has the white space.
+ And use a ”-” to replace “&” if your collection name has the “&” special characters.
- For example:
+ With the collection name “Ella Brand”, the image name will be ella-brand.png
+ With the collection name “Coats & Jackets”, the image name will be coats-jackets.png
