I opened a case a week ago, and it has still not been resolved. The person assisting me is Miroslav Stevanovic, and I believe the issue requires a more experienced engineer. Please help resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Our support team is trying our best to assist you. They have tried to import demo content for you multiple times, however, each time 500/503 errors were encountered. Please understand that 500/503 errors are server-related and you need to contact your hosting provider to check why they are occurring.

Alternatively, you can install the theme on a localhost installation and import demo there. After that you can migrate it to your live domain. This way you can bypass the server related issues which block demo import.

I’ve purchased a theme from ThemeForest and I’ve activated my license key on a temporary domain for testing and development purposes.

My current domain is [Test domain name, e.g., testotest.com/test].

I’m planning to move the website to my main domain, which is [Main domain name, e.g., mysite.com].

I’m wondering if I will face any issues with my license key when I move the site. Will I need to re-activate the license, or will it work seamlessly on the new domain?

In case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation. When you want to move the site to the main domain you should deregister your purchase code from Blanquette Dashboard on staging domain and you can then use it on a main domain. If you need to use the theme both on live and test domain, then we can add second domain as a related domain.

Love the theme, but all of a sudden I’m getting a page not found when I try to go to APPEARANCE > widgets or if I got to APPEARANCE > customize, the page just spins and spins and won’t load. I shouldn’t have to pay for support for an error that just started happening. I’m just outside my “support” window.

This could be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins ( Blanquete Core, Elementor, Slider Revolution..) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.

If that does not help could you please send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this.

It’s actually being caused by Qode Framework. If I deactivate that plugin, it allows me to edit widgets. I then have to reactivate it and reactivate the Blanquette Core to get the site to load properly again. Please advise when there is a fix for this.

We couldn’t reproduce this on our installation.

Have you perhaps disabled some icon packs, custom post types or widgets in Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance? Please note that only some options should be disabled here. If you check all of the icon packs, custom post types or widgets and disable them this could create errors.

This theme is great! But I wondered how can I show the top area on mobiles? There is nothing in the ‘Top Area Options’ for ‘show on mobiles’ or anything like that..?

Love the theme! Is there a trick to getting the mobile menu to be sticky? I have both the desktop and mobile menus set as sticky but it is not working on the mobile version. Am I missing a setting somewhere? https://andmcg33.dream.press/

Thanks for writing in! There is no option within the theme to make the mobile sticky but you can try to add this CSS to Appearance > Customize

Hello! I purchased the theme and imported the demo, i’m trying to add more product to be visible on my home page. By adding new products to menu via Blanquette Restaurant Menu, i can see there is only 5 products per menu are visible, how can i make more products visible?
