I would like to report an error on the digital product demo theme on iPad in portrait mode. The hero image is not properly arranged, and the customer section overlaps the hero image.
Please advise how to fix this issue. Thank you in advance.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. On our end we fixed this issue but since you already have that you will need to adjust on your end. To fix it please edit the customer section and add some top padding on tablet.

Hello, this means the MBString PHP extension is not installed on your server, and it’s required for the theme to run properly.
To fix this, login to your cPanel account and look for PHP Version. It should bring up a list with all the available PHP extensions. Enable MBString and save the changes.

My doubt is if is posible to purchase your landing page and just installing it on my website. or its mandatory to purcahse another domain and hosting. Hello, you can install the theme on the same domain, but of course, this will mean you will be using PageBolt theme instead of Basel.

All our themes use the same framework, meaning the functionalities are the same, and whenever we release new features, even the old themes get updated. The only thing that differs between them is the demo layouts. So, when making your decision, we recommend considering the layout that suits your project the best.

I’m not super happy… when you try it before buying (demo) it has 48 designs (one of them I wanted to use), after buying and installation it looks like it has only 12 designs inside, and no instructions how to get the other ones.

Hi, thanks for your appreciation. There is a fixed set of inner pages included in the theme, plus the template library which at this moment contains 341 pages, but this number grows with each theme we release.

Yes, all our pages use global settings (fonts, colors, buttons), so the inner pages will adapt to your current website settings.
