The booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose. The tour price is set per day, and this can not be changed.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. I understand tour price is set per day: it’s ok for me but can I set different prices for different days of the week and some discount for long rents? (for example: monday>thursday price per day 10€ – friday>sunday price per day 20€ / 7 days monday>sunday 10% discount: 90€ instead of 100€). May I use your settings or another plugin in order to have options like theese?

If you wish to change that, you need to do some custom coding since there is no theme options to change that. You can search for some 3rd party plugin for this but we can not guarantee since we haven’t tested any.

It is compatible with the latest WooCommerce. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

If i want to create the same vertical timeline in a blog post or in a page the available vertical lines are different than this one. I noticed that a vertical timeline is in the pro section of elementor addons. Is this the one?

If you refer to the horizontal line for Location and plan tabs this only present on the Tour page and we do only have classic Tabs widget which can be used on any of the pages.

Hi Mikado,

it was responded only half an hour ago after insisting few times! The tech support installed the demo on my behalf and with my agreement, that was nice and kind.

Then the support sent me a message saying: “All you need to do now is revert PHP version to 7.4 and continue with development of your website.”

I reverted to 7.4 php version but when I open my page I still receive errors. So…do I have to wait more days to get an answer and eventually start to develop my website?

I already contacted your support regarding the issues. Who told me the issues are caused by a bug in the theme, and it may be solved in next update på dev team. But will that ever happen? I see that last update was 1 November 2021, therefore I am concerned if this theme will ever be updated again..

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

It still does not work. I have version 7.4php and I meet the recommended requirements: max_execution_time=300 memory_limit=128M upload_max_filesize=128M post_max_size=256M max_input_vars=3000

*I have also disabled all plugins except the ones required by your template and the bar stops importing at 48%, so it won’t be the plugins.

I opened a ticket yesterday in your Help Center with the credentials so you can do it yourselves and have the import done.

If not, I will has to ask for a refund.

Thanks for taking an interest! The theme is compatible with PHP 8 and for WordPress 6.0., since there have not been any significant changes from WP 5.8 to WP 6.0 you can update your WordPress version without any issue. The compatibilities will be added in changelog within next theme update.
