You can restore to an old version of Youzify or disable wp_debug. Because this is just a warning, it does not affect your website operation.
Or check your PHP version and use PHP 7.4.

Very good template, a very accomplished job. I highly recommend it!
Redux plugin is causing issues with mobile and video player. I am currently only using youtube videos with your default player.
All works fine on desktop. But videos only load about 1/10 times on lightbox. Even if I switch off lightbox, the problem persists.
When I deactivate the redux plugin, everything works fine.
Notice a lot of people complaining about redux on their wordpress page and they always refer people to their theme developers claiming the culprit is a theme needing an update.
Kindly advise.

Redux is just a tool for creating theme options. Most likely you have set it up wrong or have another problem that you are not aware of.

You haven’t updated your theme in months!!! If you keep it up for sale, you have an obligation to keep the theme updated. If you dont want to work on this anymore, deactivate it.

We always test the code with new versions of WordPress, there aren’t any issues similar to your report.
I recommend creating a new ticket if you want to receive our technical support.
If that’s your problem you need to solve it yourself, if it’s the correct report and related to the theme’s code we will have an update.
Usually such problems are related to using 3rd party cache plug-ins that cause “wp nonce” to not refresh (just hypothetical). There are many other objective and subjective reasons that you are not aware of.

Hi, I would like to ask about some custom work… What Im trying to achieve is to allow vidrev/youzify site members to upload videos but direclty into a group they are a member of… And then for that group to have a videos tab that shows only videos uploaded to that group…
Is this something that can be done?
An alternative would be for members to be a ble to share a channel, maybe through subscribing? And then those members be able to post videos to the shared channel….
Basically I have a site in build for music groups, members need to be able to post videos to a group and have them show in that group.
Any help with how to achieve this appreciated thanks

Hi Team,
We have just identified a bug in this theme due to which our project launch date has been postponed.
The bug is, when we hover over a thumbnail for video preview it displays google captcha and WhatsApp floating icon inside the preview.
The preview should work as a video preview only but instead it seems to be a page preview where the video is playing along with page contents like WhatsAPP floating icon and Google captcha.

Since this was noticed by client the website launch date has been shifted.

That’s not VidoRev’s problem.
VidoRev doesn’t have that element. It’s an element generated from 3rd party plug-ins that you have installed.

FYI, We are also a development team and noticed that your theme code is creating a preview of the page with following line of code for example,

For this we can not say that the external plugins are causing this issue.
The Z-index of your preview code is lesser than WA icon and G-captcha.
We have also raised a ticket and waiting for the dev support to reply.

You need to remove those elements in the preview. Because those are elements generated by another plugin.
With the ignorant perspective of some amateur developers will not understand the download mechanism of that mode. Even your mention of the CSS z-index property in this case is incorrect.

Unfortunately Elementor has decided to make most of their useful blocks paid-only. I want to make some changes to the main page and make a couple of new pages. I don’t want to use Elementor anymore because I don’t want to pay for something that is built into the theme I already paid for five years ago. But am I stuck with it now? Can I use another page builder plugin or is Elementor essential to VidoRev? If I disable Classic Editor the Gutenberg blocks become available so in theory I could design my new pages with those. Will this mess with the VidoRev theme in any way? EDIT: No, I’ve discovered that Elementor won’t let me add a Gutenberg block to a blank page.
Can you change the theme so Gutenberg blocks can be used instead of Elementor?

VidoRev supports page building with Elementor and has developed several widgets for it.
Please note that if you want to use other widgets in their PRO version you need to pay for them.
You can’t claim everything for free, this is WordPress and that’s how it works and grows.
Also VidoRev doesn’t support Gutenberg so we don’t have any advice for you.

After I updated to the latest version, the cron feature stopped working. It will try to run but gives errors via email. When you click the “execute now” button manually, it still works. What’s the problem?

The Cron-Job feature is from WordPress Core or from a Server-side service.
No WordPress theme can create Cron-Job feature on its own.
