If I install any plugin… the whole hero header is deleted along with the options to edit it. Doesn’t matter the plugin – any additional plugin causes this problem. Surely there’s an easy fix.

Hello, I would like to know if this theme supports some sort of product categories on the menu. We are planning to have much more items than the demo provides and we do not want our customers to have problems finding the items they are looking for. We were thinking the categories as tabs like bootstrap has. No page refreshes.

If not, can you please recommend us a plugin that will work with this theme so we won’t have trouble implementing the feature we need?

​Hi there… I’m hoping you can help me with this. I do understand my “support” ran out, but I’m hoping you will be willing to help with these issues that are preventing me from using the theme.

Having a few problems with the theme this time around.

I am using the #4 template. I tried to run the auto import, but I kept getting errors. I was then able able to do a manual import from your demo.xml file and got it done.

However, none of the single pages or other Craft blocks are in the elementor library. That’s one problem.

The second problem is I’m trying to use the footer for the #4 template. As soon as I change the text from the dummy text, the whole format gets screwy on the mobile phone and I can’t get it to format correctly. I’ve attached a couple of screenshots from the phone. When in elementor responsive mode, it formats correctly, but NOT on the actual mobile phone.

I’m hoping you can help with these issues so I can complete the project.

hello problem with the mobile version of the site, the main screen sticks and when scrolling down it constantly returns to the top, after a while it starts to go down

Hello ThemeGoods. First of all: Nice Theme But kinda impossible to install on a localhost like WAMP or XAMPP. So I installed it on my hosting and domain https://cafe.com.ge/ But had, even here problems while installing.

Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds.

It won’t install the demo content Read a lot online how to fix it. Deactivating all plugins and try to install again. Which it won’t without the plugins, and then activating them again, and then try to install again, did the trick but brought those 2 errors:

[ERROR] Failed to import “TG-Thumb” (Media)

[ERROR] Failed to import “bg-header-overlay-lg” (Media)

which, of what I read here, others also got. :cry: On checking my site the loading looks like this: https://cafe.com.ge/star.png but should look like this: https://cafe.com.ge/coffee.jpg and the navigation is off/looks wrong: https://cafe.com.ge/cafe.jpg Is that related to the errors? How and where on the backend or code can I fix it? Thanks a lot

Hello, I would like to know how I can change the domain with which my license was registered and that in fact I did it there so as not to do it in the main domain.

Unfortunately, I have to say that there seem to be problems with this theme.

Fresh install and getting error “[ERROR] Failed to import “bg-header-overlay-lg” (Media)”. I’m wondering that even though the problem has been there before, why hasn’t it been fixed? The same problem has already been reported in the comments.

Now we are waiting for a solution to a support ticket.
