Hello and congratulations on your work. I saw that now it is possible to work and customize your theme also with Gutenberg. From various sources I have read that this native Wordpress editor generates cleaner code than other builders such as Elementor, making the site lighter, can you confirm this? Furthermore, with Gutenberg I can create any page configuration by dragging the various elements onto the page, a bit like what was done with Elementor? Thank you
Hi, thank you! From our experience I would say Gutenberg is more ajax friendly and generates cleaner code. The editor UI is similar to Elementor’s in terms of functionality however in the end it’s each user’s experience that determines the preference. We have demo data built for each of the editors. Hi, when I add or duplicate a new section with elementor, why can i not control the background and it’s always the dark one ?
This theme and Harrington are both great themes guys but both function very poorly on mobile. We would have bought both but these mobile issues seem to just be the norm with your themes. Is there another reason?
What are the mobile issues you are having? If you can be more specific. I assume you are talking about our live demos.

Hi, so on the beautiful ladies portfolio, the section where the images zooms in doesn’t work on mobile. Also I have noticed that when the image transition happens there is a line right though the middle. Looks like a glitch. I have also noticed that scrolling on iPhone and iPad is horrible, doesn’t seem to scroll normal. Instead you have to keep swiping loads to scroll down the page. Doesn’t feel good when using on mobile. Is this an option that can be adjusted?

1. to enable zoom gallery on mobile, try opening /core/js/common.js and commenting/removing lines 207 and 224 Hard refresh before testing.
2. plz open a private ticket on clapat.ticksy.com and provide your site URL as well as a screenshot with transition that has the middle line to it
3. we can disable smooth scrolling only on mobile devices if in the same ticket you provide wp admin access with full rights using Appearance -> Theme File Editor

Thanks. Is it possible to set it per color? This might be good to add to your theme if not. This way you can take advantage of different colored cursors for each portfolio item and not have to worry about readability.

We don’t ship any of the Elementor plugins. Elementor (free version) is available for installation in admin -> plugins. We do however have all of our shortcodes implemented as Elementor widgets and we provide installable demo content for Elementor. Thanks

when switching from desktop to mobile, the video put in the hero section no longer appears and shows an image.
It is possible that the Hero video will be shown both in desktop version and on tablet or mobile.

Slider revolution doesn’t work in this theme? I deactivated all plugins accept the humpton plugins. Slider doesn’t work.
We have not tested the theme or integrated with Slider Rev plugin. Test also with ajax disabled in customizer -> general settings. Thanks
Did that, I found out it is the Elementor plugin. When I deactivate elementor the problem is gone, But made a lot of pages in Elementor, so it is not an option to not use Elementor.

ok, I want to use this theme not for a portfolio purpose but for classic website, but I like the design, the transitions … I wanted to try if it’s possible to use portfolio page design on classic pages, is portfolio pages are ok for seo ?
Portfolio is actually just a term to designate any set of items that you want to present. Once you set an image for them (hero image) they can be displayed in the available page layouts.
Is it possible to integrate videos into this template since it doesn’t have this option by default?
Hi there, you can use self – hosted videos: - as hero sections (the top sections) in pages and portfolio items - as shortcode/gutenberg block/Elementor widget in page content

The demo images/media files are not showing up in the Elementor import.
Some demo images may be blocked by the browser due to CORS policy. Try replacing them with images coming from your media library/domain. You can also open a private ticket on clapat.ticksy.com and provide wp admin access to inspect your installation. Thanks
Still having issues. Also, I cannot edit in Elementor. It gives me an error every time. I have been at this for the last two days. If I can’t get this loaded today, I’ll have to ask for a refund. I have built over 100 Elementor site without ever having one issue.

Now I am getting a second error when I try to edit through Elementor.: “You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”
Hi, some portfolio page templates do not display the page content, they will automatically display all the portfolio items currently published in their specific layout. Plz provide wp admin access to inspect your installation. Thanks

Hello. The theme pages that you customized do not allow for full settings modifications through the Elementor settings. You have hardcoded most of the features into the php template files. The ability to change scroll speeds, photo sizes, etc, are not allowed on several of the components you have built into the pages. I am requesting a refund.
Scrolling speed is not an option there is smooth scrolling on and off. Nor the photo sizes (where exactly and why should they be? you can upload and use any image). You are very vague in your specs. So we don,t actually see any reason to add or to change the settings we have in our widgets unless there is a clear feedback we can consider and decide upon. Feel free to submit a refund request.
