When i add a product to the cart, the UI doesn’t refreshed automatically, so the cart remain with unchanged items (0). But when i refresh the page, i can see that the product is added to the cart.

My cart is not showing when clicking it. It opens the sliding modal but it appears empty. Can you assist on the above matter

Before writing this; I checked all the compatibility with Elementor Pro, Chrome, Woocommerce etc etc.

I just bought and uploaded the Theme ‘https://themeforest.net/item/reebox-elementor-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/39149587'

I uploaded the theme this way: clicked on download -Installable WordPress file only. Easy! But, I can’t find all the elements like pages, templates, homepages, header, footer etc. etc. Where do I find these elements? Do I need to download some other plug-ins or?

Or is there like a good tutorial for specifically this theme?

Is there please anyway you can help me to clarify things for me?

I purchased this theme a few days ago and I want to use WPML plugin to translation but the footer isn’t be translated. I have already tried every ways to solve this issue in WPML plugin but anything couldn’t help.

I chose the ‘Footer 05’ in the ‘Footer Blocks’ and I duplicated it by WMPL to translation and I translate the duplicated block. The result is both of languages the original (same) footer is showed.

WPML is working correctly for other translations thus I’think this problem could comes from the theme.

Could you help to translate the footer?

Hello I have installed the them but I have a problem with shop filter in mobile version. The filter widget is deactivated in theme options, but in mobile version it appears again and the sidebar widget disappear. I need sidebar widgets in categories and it seems there is a problem in mobile version with filter widget. Can you help me?

Hi, I had some problems with inserting a custom font. It works if I call it in “Theme Options” as “Custom Font”.

The problem is when I directly edit a page and try to attribute to a certain title the font, I can not find it either as “Custom Font” or With the name of the font.

How can I fix it?

Hi there, I need a serious expert guidance as I am facing issue related woocommerce subscription based product.

I am using Reebox theme from skytheme group and woocommerce subscription plugin on my site. Everything is working fine for all type of products [simple | virtual | variable | doanloadable] except simple subscription and variable subscription.

When trying to sign up subscription based product from single product page, it does not proceed to checkout. Whereas, when added the same subscription product from store page it gets proceeded.

Hello, I saw you recently updated the theme and that support Wordpress 6.2 and WooCommerce 7.5.1. I am still using the previous version , but I have updated WooCommerce to 7.5.1. Is it ok?

I also found theme requires some extra plugins, could you tell me what are optional. So I can remove them.
