I am facing a problem with Header E-Commerce. I have already raised it (Ticket #771). I have gone through all the documentation (https://docs.the4.co/unsen/installation/how-to-create-header-e-commerce-of-demo-multi) and completed the steps as given and still it is not working as expected. Hello, I’m attempting to work with the Unsen theme, but it’s extremely slow in the theme editor. Is there a solution to this issue? It’s nearly impossible to edit with such sluggish performance, and it consumes a lot of time. Additionally, I’ve tested the Sense and Dawn default themes, and they function wonderfully

Hi, i am trying to work with the unsen theme and unsen is very very very slow in the theme editor, any fix for that? its impossible to edit like this, very time consuming. also i checked kalles and dawn default theme and they work great

I seem to be getting very poor performance when making any changes to the theme. I’m currently using a Mac and have tried different browsers without any improvement. Will there be any updates to the performance soon?
It has been nearly impossible to make the changes I want in a reasonable time frame because it is reacting very slow.

Video banners using inline style is not working. And it would be nice to have a video slider or something for videography theme design style. Because now I need to load 50 same sections to showcase portfolio and it is not the best way

Why is there a serious slowness in the shopify store configuration process!
Hi dear, We are sorry for this inconvenience when you use the theme. We are trying our best to find a solution. Since this issue is slower on Windows devices, it’s not too different on Mac devices. So if you have a MAC desktop, you can use it to build the theme normally. Our dev team are still working so hard to fix it. Please be patient and wait for a new version updating. What’s the difference between Unsen and Kalles? I am an existing user of Kalles, now I have to buy one more license from The4. For my case, most critical pages are using eComposer (Homepage, Product pages) to built, so for my case, is it both Unsen and Kalles are similar?

Hi, I have a question about “Product Form>ADVANCE PRODUCT TYPE”. how can I use this feature to show the related products automatically (e.g. product page is selling cat T-shirt, use “cat” as wording for show the related products, such as cat dress, cat shoes)

how to disable accept terms and conditions at checkout?
Hi, the checkout page is not controlled by the theme, so you cannot modify it directly. Are you referring to disabling the ‘Accept Terms and Conditions’ option on the cart page? If so, could you please confirm this? Thank you.

How would I go about removing page and collection from the url for this theme? Where would the code be located in Shopify. I looked it up for collections, and it showed to remove within: collection. Hello, what will happen to the pages I build using e-composer, after the unsen x ecomposer partner plan ends?
After 6 months end, your plan will be auto moved to EComposer Free plan. In this case you may need to unpublish some of your pages until it meet the Free plan limit. (Free plan allow 3 published templates).
You can also choose to upgrade to any EComposer paid plan to keep using the paid features. (Please notice that we’ll never auto charge/upgrade you unless you approve it.) Thank you!
