My client want me to add a field where his potential clients can upload a picture from the contact form so he can have an idea on what he will need to deal with and send them an quote – I’m not sure if this make sense for you. Is there a way to move posts which were created under Services, Team or Projects to Posts or Pages?

my webhost has brought to my attention that wp bakery and revolution slider has vulnerabilites, however, how do i update 2 plugins that pose a threat to my website with them being paid plugins

is this theme compatible with elementor?

I have recently bought a licence for this template and am very disappointed in the construction and functionality. There are some items of that I consider basic functionality to be missing. I realise this template was originally developed some years back. However, as it is still available and being updated, I’d assume it has been updated for current market requirements, and just about all issues would have been resolved. I like the template’s look, but everything else does not seem so good.

I recently raised the issue that the order column in most post types in WordPress does not sort correctly when used. This is a basic functionality that should be taken for granted.

The taxonomy in this template is poor. Services cannot be categorised at all. Projects can be categorised, but the screen indicates to ‘Add New Tag’, not a category. This is just basic lack of proofing and checking before publishing. Equally, Projects cannot be tagged, a basic but useful functionality, especially when the number of posts increases.

Projects don’t seem to have a proper category, so there doesn’t seem to be a way of generating a list using the taxonomy without inserting the projects module in wpbakery. Likewise, when viewing a project, there doesn’t seem to be a way of showing it’s category on screen. All of this seems to be the basic functionality available in most templates (the ones I have used). I have only been using this for a few days, and the list of issues is growing already. I don’t consider the documentation to be excellent either.

There is no way that I can upload a higher-resolution image suitable for retina displays when using logos or similar. Many screens these days are retina, so graphics look ‘woolly’ and blurred when using this template on retina devices. Not so with other templates.

I do not consider any of the above unreasonable to expect to be built into a template in the current environment. The usual reason for using a template is that all the work for the detail has already been done.

I currently have version 5.1 of this theme, but would like to update to the latest. Do I have to do it manually or is there a system to update automatically? I remember making some changes to the theme and I don’t want to overwrite everything and risk losing those changes. Thank you very much
