The Axtra theme your team has created is great. However, as noted in my support ticket, the shop demo is not available as advertised in your theme’s demo. And thus I have opened a support ticket for a full refund on 08 June 2023.

You have not yet responded to my last request for a refund 14 June 2023. As noted initially, the demo for the shop is not included in the last version published on Theme Forest which is a large reason why my client wanted this theme. I have opened a support ticket for a refund and you have mentioned that the demo will be done Tuesday – 13 June 2023, when i enquired about it on Tuesday you then mentioned that you require a few more days. This is stalling for time and my client is not happy and wants a refund on this item.

Having the Shop demo as part of your theme’s capabilities and not including that functionality when one purchases the theme is false advertising. This should have been listed as future development.

I ask you again, please refund me on this item I have purchased.

Hi, I like this theme, but something still needs to be fixed.
For example, on the page (or widget) “showcase slider” when I click on any slide it takes me to this address: “http://127.0.0.1:5500/service-details.html”.

This theme is beautiful and trendy, but the UI has a few areas that need improvement. Please assist with the following issues:

Explore Us: The section “We unlock the potential of your business with creative design” cannot be clicked. This issue is present in both the theme at https://axtra.wealcoder.com/digital-agency-dark/ and my custom theme at https://admex.vn.

News Insight section: The thumbnail image is displayed vertically. While the UI on the homepage is fine, the same thumbnail image is used as the head banner in the detailed post view, causing it to be enlarged and not fit horizontally. This is bad for the UI. Is there any solution, such as uploading the thumbnail image horizontally but having it automatically resize to fit within a vertical frame? Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Our logo is covered by a color layer on the white interface, which affects our brand guidelines. How can we adjust this? Please refer to the attached screenshot.
