First off, beautiful theme.
Two questions / issues: I have updated the theme to the newest version after figuring out that I needed an Envato Market plugin installed. It was a bit of a process figuring out to do. However, the Slider Revolution and WP bakery plugins are not up to date. I was under the impression that if we update the theme it would automatically update those plugins as well.
Second, your documention link is showing a 500 Internal Server Error. As a result, there is no available documentation for the theme.
Sorry the SSL certificate expired, I’ve renewed it. Now the links are working again.
For Slider Revolution and WP Bakery plugins, you need to disable them before updating. After the update, you need to reactivate the plugin.
Hi. Does this theme have cake customizer capabilities and order tracking? So customers can design their own cakes and monitor the order process? Thanks.
I also see many customers using these functions but using 3rd party plugins, we theme so we do not provide these functions.

Hello. I have installed the theme, but I am getting the following error message: “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” I only installed the theme noucake.zip file located inside the “noucake_v2_0_27_unzip_first” folder. I did not install any of the documentation, etc., so I am unsure why I am receiving this error. How do I correct this?

We just did an update to this theme, and noticed that the Bakery Helpers plugin tells us to update it (says install version is 1.0.16 required version is 2.0.26) yet when we click on update, it says it updates it, but still shows the old 1.0.16 version. Is there in fact an updated plugin for this Bakery Helpers?
Our updated theme is compatible with the latest version of wooCommerce. Update the plugins included in the theme. As for the Bakery Helpers plugin, we updated the version to display the theme version in the theme options. Please check your support ticket.

I have read that 5 times and no where on there does it say how to get bakery actually working as at present its dead?

Explain this rather than say read the docs which dont actually say… also the plugins are out of date, the ones installed are Slider – 6.6.11 and update is 6.6.14 Wp bakery – 6.10.0 update is 6.13.0 but they cant be updated without liceice code, which as you say isnt needed, but then i cant use wp bakery

There is a menu problem in your theme, sub-menus do not fit on the screen. This is an error of the theme you have written, not a situation where you will provide paid support.
You want me to get paid support from me. I think you should be fixing this issue in the theme. If you do not intend to fix this problem, I would like to return the product.
