1-Elementor Premium License: Does the template require Elementor Pro, and if so, is the Elementor Pro license included with the template purchase? If it is included, does the license have an expiration date, or is it a lifetime license? does it apply on all plugins ?

For correct theme installation and demo content import please make sure that your server meets the requirements:

Besides in your WordPress dashboard proceed to the Tools > Site Health tab and make sure that all the recommended WordPress modules are enabled on your server. There shouldn’t be any critical issues in the Site Health Status as well.
We also highly recommend to import the demo content to a clean website and disable all third party plugins before import.
If your server settings before import have not matched the recommended requirements, then after changing the server settings, you need to deactivate the license (in The Practitioner > License tab), reset the site (you can use the WP Reset plugin), activate the theme and import the demo content.

On our demo site “scroll to top” button is added in the Header template to the section in the Header with help of the Icon widget with the anchor link. So please just add cmsmasters-scroll-top as CSS ID in the Advanced options in your Header section to make it work.

As I can see from the error you mentioned you’ve tried to install the whole archive downloaded from Themeforest (with documentation, demo content, etc.) and it isn’t the proper way of the theme installation. There’s a simple “the-practitioner” folder within the main archive that should be uploaded.

Hi, suddenly from today (yesterday it worked), I can no longer see the theme articles and all the pages with “post grids” with articles, the following message appears “A critical error has occurred on your website”. Only thing, I changed the permalink structure, but everything seemed to work fine. And also i can go and edit the page with Elementor but I can’t view it the preview page. Why? Thank you

Hello, why does it say “well documented” while there is no documentation at all in the zip package? How do I alter the fonts so that they include local characters? The fonts used in the theme support local characters, but these are not included in the files used in the theme, how do you change that?

The Practitioner is an Elementor based theme, so all content customization is done using the Elementor plugin.
Elementor plugin documentation contains many text and video tutorials. There is also a huge number of other videos and text tutorials, for example this Guide For Beginners or this 10 Minutes video.
Speaking about fonts – local fonts should be used, you can easily add the needed ones via WordPress admin panel. Please look through this article, it should be helpful.

1) After you have uploaded and activated your theme, an Installation Wizard will be launched. It will walk you through installation steps and key options. There are two paths you can follow – One-click Install and Manual Install and you can import content to completely re-create demo website on your installation. Please see this article about the theme installation and setup.
To export and import blocks from one demo to another there is a need to import several demo contents however there is no possibility to import several demo contents simultaneously that’s why we recommend to install the theme on your local server, import the content from one demo and export needed pages or sections to your main website.
Besides you can contact our support team and specify what pages/posts or sections you’d want to use on your website and we’ll provide you with the import files with this content or import them for you.

The theme comes with one demo content but it includes all 6 Homepages with different Header and Footer templates. So you can set the needed Homepage as a static page in the Settings – Reading tab.

You can use Paid Memberships Pro plugin that comes with the theme to make the “join course” like a subscription for a month. The plugin allows to choose the type of membership level, as an example Monthly or One Time. You can find more information about Membership Level Setup here.
For courses on the demo site Paid Memberships Pro – Courses for Membership Add On plugin is used https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/pmpro-courses-lms-integration/ (Default Module). The default courses module organizes your course content, protects access by membership level, and tracks lesson completion.

The matter is that the promo website is made for presentation purposes only, it’s just a wrapping, which includes the product itself – theme designs. The landing page isn’t included to the demo content as it’s aim is to show the features provided by the theme and the list of the demos, but we can provide you with the import file after the theme is purchased. We should note that in some places it may differ from our site and some additional configuration may be needed.

There is no option to use all the demo designs simultaneously. When installing the theme there is a need to choose the theme design. The theme DOCS includes a detailed instructions on the theme installation and demo content import. You can change the design as many times as you need in the Designs tab (applying the new design will import all demo templates), but the demo content (pages, posts, images etc.) can be imported only once.
To import the content from the different demos you can install the theme on your local server, import the content from one demo and export needed pages or sections to your main website. Then remove all data on the local server and make fresh install with the content from another demo, and so on.

the problem persists even with the requirements the theme is very slow in loading the pages I also try to use redis to simplify the requests but the improvements are low. comparing the improvements with other similar themes there is something that slows it down in this theme

To speed up the site loading we can recommend you to choose a performance-optimized hosting solution, compress and optimize your images, use an optimization/caching plugin such as W3 Total Cache, enable browser caching, use local fonts and minify the usage of animation effects.
Some third party plugins (the non-theme ones) might influence the speed, we’d advise you to deactivate them and implement tests to see whether they have effect. From the other side, cache plugins refer to a category of plugins, that can be really helpful to increase site loading speed, we’d suggest checking them as well.

Great work. Do you plan to integrate Learndash? Right now you only have “Paid Content & Membership” plugin, but this plugin have not the same power and addons power like learndash.
