Hi, I have found that the style sheet is missing/unlinked in the main installation file. Yesterday i have downloaded fresh theme file from envanto account and uploaded into my wordpress website. When i upload the the theme into my wordpress site. It shows the error “Style sheet is missing” and on the home page nothing gets loaded and shows only few contents. Kindly check it and provide correct file with style sheet included. I will download it from envanto account. Regards

I have tried it already. There are two files with name of kingstrox.zip located into different folders. Kingtrox_Elementor and Kingtrox_Composer. When i upload the kingtrox.zip file from the elementor folder. It shows that the style sheet is missing. But when i upload the kingtrox.zip from the Composer Folder, then essential plugins KingComposer and Themesupport do not get install due to missing file. Example.. “The plugin theme_support_kingstrox/theme_support.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.”
I request you to kindly look into it and see whats is the issue. Kindly provide the bug free copy of theme into themeforest account, so that i can use it.

Thanks for response. I have stated above that i have tried it as well. When i install with kingtrox elementor, it shows me error that the style sheet is missing. The theme gets installed along with plugins. But it does not load the website because of missing style sheet. Even the demo import doesn’t work. I have also tried manual upload of demo import files. No change.
Please provide me fresh/working copy of theme or upload in theme forest account.

Though i am not going to use WooCommerce but still it is for you. There is one more issue.
Your theme (Kingstrox) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Hello, we have purchased the “Kingstrox” theme in version 1.0.0 a while ago. Now we wanted to update to the current version. Can it be that there is an error in the download. We get only the version 1.5.0. However, we find in the ZIP a change log a reference to 2.0.0. Best thanks for a feedback

Having issues updating this theme due to bugs in the Theme Options dashboard. Can’t access footer section for edits at all. Any changes made in Theme Options revert to original settings after “Save Changes” is clicked (even for simple updates like changing the logo). They need to update this theme for compatibility with latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. This theme hasn’t been updated since October 2020, and it’s majorly affecting functionality for building a site in this theme.
