I bought your theme and installed it on my shopify website. From the moment I try to load the “Slideshow” slider, whatever I do, it does not appear. Also, a lot of sections don’t appear as seen in your example themes, I don’t know what I could do to make it work. I am waiting for an answer! I have an issue with the theme: it’s impossible to set up the megamenu following the documentation instructions (that also shows an old Shopify version). The main problem is that the configuration panel doesn’t show the section with side megamenu (“Browse categories”) + slider, while it’s visible in the preview. I can’t work with Autima theme like this: can you help me with this issue or you can refound me the amount of the purchase?

Could you possibly provide more details, perhaps with a screenshot? There are various header layouts available in the header section settings. Have you explored these options? Additionally, sharing the link to your store would allow for a more thorough examination.

One issue after adding the code is whenever I refresh the page, it will load the original color first before loading the color I specified in CSS code. Any ideas on how to fix this lag?

The section is call ‘year, make , model’ . You can add it to any of the page you like. To use the “Year Make Model” section, you must first add the appropriate values to the makeObject.js file located in the assets folder within the theme editing area. After adding these values, you will also need to add the corresponding keywords as tags to the relevant products. For example, if you want to include ‘Toyota’, ‘Camry’, and ‘2023’ in the “Year Make Model” section, you will need to add these values to the makeObject.js file and then apply the corresponding tags to the relevant products.
Thank you very much for your reply. I have checked the values in the script in the template. I see, there are already values there that match the template. I’m not a programmer, so I only edit the template via the theme section. It should be in the slide show section, because in the demo it’s on top of the slide show image. What I’m asking next, how do I make it appear on the front page like a template demo? When it appears, I’ll edit the value in the javascript makeobject to match our item database. I tried using two different web browsers and both of them have the same problem, where I’ve successfully installed the theme and the Shopify had recognized it, yet I am unable to edit any text or move any text boxes and banner when I try to customize theme from the store.
I’m running short of time to complete the web page and was looking for a theme, that could replace the ones available in Shopify by looking different and/or providing more customization, but this theme, whilst looking pleasing to the eyes, didn’t exactly meet my expectations.

It does seem unusual and unlikely that you’re unable to modify text or rearrange sections, as the theme is fully section 2.0 compatible, which allows for the addition and rearrangement of sections on any page where blocks are available.
I recommend you either share a screencast demonstrating your problem or invite support@masstechnologist.com as an admin user to examine the theme directly.
Moreover, please go through the Themeforest Refund Policy at https://themeforest.net/page/author_refund_policy#not-refundable to see if your circumstances meet the conditions for a refund.
I will try and add you as an admin, but I would still like to get a refund, since as I’ve stated before, I running out of time unfortunately.
Having taken a look, I should be able to ask for the refund since I am an EU citizen and the theme was bought solely for personal use.

hi there I bought Autima theme, and i got two functional issues. one is wish list page can only loop 50 products created latest. so when i add a product created out of latest 50, this product will not show on wish list page. the other one is on products list the show trigger part is not working. it always show 12 products on one page, even if i choose 30 to show. could you pls help me to resolve them.
