Hi. I just check the moderation of images on our demo website. It works. Images can be successfully “Reviewed”, “Declined” and “Deleted” by administrator.
Perhaps, some plugin causes javascript conflict, or firewall blocks ajax request.
Could you please explain in more details what happens when you click some of buttons on the moderation panel: “Reviewed”, “Decline” and “Delete”? Thank you.

Ok. Thank you for the video. It looks like some javascript conflict occurs. Try to deactivate the following plugins for a while and test your modeartion:
1) Yookassa (Yoomoney)
2) SuperPWA (Super progressive)
3) Smush lazy load

Solution: try to remove widgets from the Footer. Here: WordPress -> Appearance -> Widgets -> Footer 1. Also, Footer 2, Footer 3, Footer 4.

No. Anyway, something stops your page from fully loading. Until you solve this issue, I cannot do anything. Try to find what stops your page. This must be in the footer or widget area at the bottom of the page.

OK. Open the front page and look in the source code. Press CTRL + U. Scroll down to the bottom. Take a screenshot of the last lines. Just like my screenshot in the comment above.
The footer did not work because of the disabled plugin, Advanced Ads. I turned it on now, but moderation didn’t work. Please look again, this time with a footer.

No. Nothing will be overwritten or lost. The update does not do anything until you click some button manually.

chat is not live in real-time. it is stored in a message. we have to log out then we see a message that we saw chats.

There could be 2 reasons why the chat does not update:
1) It must be cache that displays old pages, old text in the chat window.
2) But some third-party plugin on your site may break or cause some javascript conflict. The DateBook theme has a javascript that updates text in chat every x seconds.

1) Yes, the theme has PayPal Standard payment gateway. Please, note, PayPal Standard. Not PayPal Express. But you use WooCommerce then you can install any payment gateway you want.
2) No, multicurrency is not possible yet. But this functionality is in our plans.

Hi. This plugin “WP mail SMPT” does not want to send emails without message body (empty emails).
It seems the email message is empty on some reason. Ok. You should enter your text in the email template. For this, go here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Email templates -> open the “Verify your email address” template -> enter your own text in the field “Body”, in all languages. Perhaps, you must do for all email templates.

Please note, you must know when you get an error. Every email template must have the text in its body. So, you should open every email template for editing and enter your text.

ok i try here again and understood whats wrong….. in the upload section you give a option to select the picture and send to upload, but, after we select the picture do not need click to send anymore… this generate a confusion of interpretation.. so, maybe you should remove the send button due not use….
