if I load the demo version the image are not included in demo? Why ? if I install the demo other templates always the pictures on, and later I change them with my photos

Please note that the demo import comes with all the images from our demo site. If you do the demo import and end up without images it means that there was some problem with the image download from demo server in the import process.
Try checking disable image processing check box on the BoldThemes Import screen and then doing the import.
If that does not help, inspect your php error log and see if there are some fatal errors there that would point out to the cause of the issue.

Can We Add Custom Icons? I love that there are so many icon sets included but I am wondering if its possible to upload and use our own icon sets that we choose? Some of the icon sets don’t have the icons I want to use but I can’t upload my own.

So its not even possible to upload just one image that I want to use as an icon in a particular section? Only entire icon sets? As much as I LOVE the Bold Builder it really does limit what you are able to do if it’s not even flexible to allow something as simple as uploading an image to use.

If you are going to use the icon element, that is the only way.
On the other hand, you can always use image element in combination with others available element as an alternative and upload your image to Media Library.

We can not recommend any since we have not tested any with our theme. Bold Builder is focused more on back-end editing but you can also edit content on front end, once you have imported demo content.
Hi, I have a pre sales query. Is it possible to use different sections from different demos into one page. Also does the theme has an inbuilt plugin for booking appointments ? What all plugins are being provided with the theme ? You have mentioned that you will refund the amount if the theme does not serve its purpose for the client, is it so ? Hi, yes it is possible but please note that if section is used outside its original demo, it might look different. There is no booking plugin included, we are using contact forms in our demo (created with Contact Form 7 plugin).

No, we are using our own page builder (Bold Builder).
You can import images as part of demo content but they are not licensed for 3rd party use, so you would need to purchase them from Shutterstock.

You can add the distance from the right and bottom edge of the screen using Custom CSS. For example, try adding the following to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Envato did offer the installation services for additional price – you were able to select it on checkout, but it seems that this upsell is not available for some time.

There are two places where you can add text to the Footer – One is a Footer static page (set at Appearance > Customize > Footer and Header, Footer page field) and the other is Custom Footer Text Field – (Appearance > Customize > Footer and Header panel).
No other options exist within the theme.

When i create a page with the classic editor i cannot see any header or cannot set any headers, it just shows the menu and the content right underneath. I tried some of the options in the Override global settings on that page, but nothing in there seems to be about adding a header with the page title to the page. Any idea on how to do that?

If you are using a classic editor for a page, you have two options in Global Settings Override – either to use Show Content Below Menu option (Header and Footer section) set to false (empty checkbox) or to use Hide Default Headline ( General Setting Section) set to false (empty checkbox).
Naturally, you can use both.

Hey guys. Is there a way to get the gutenberg editor on pages and posts? All i get is the old wordpress editor and a very limited one and i can only switch between that and the bold builder.

If you go to Settings > Bold Builder and uncheck the post option in the Post Types section of the panel you will deactivate the Bold Builder on posts and Gutenberg will be the default editor.

But i want to have the option between bold builder and Gutenberg…not bold builder and that very old basic editor…any way of doing that?

Unfortunately on the level of Post Type it is “either or”. You can not combine both Bold Builder and Gutenberg on the single post of specific Post Type (in your case blog post).
You can either edit the content of specific post in Gutenberg or Bold Builder, depending on the current setting in Setting panel.

1. You can edit the content of the widgets on Appearance > Widgets panel in Header Menu Widgets. Related to look and feel, you need to use custom css for that. Please consult our support if you need guidance.
2. We have tested the theme with Polylang and WPML but it should work with others too.
