I recently purchased the Yellow Business – Construction Theme from themeforest, and after installing when I try to import the demo, nothing happens and I’m unable to get the demo content.
When I clicked on “Problems?”, it showed this message: “If the demo installation does not work, the most common cause is a file permission issue. To solve the problem, contact support to get the demo.zip package.”
Kindly provide me with the demo.zip package mentioned above or guide me on how to resolve this issue.
This is quite urgent as I have a project submission for my client coming up soon.

I’m experiencing three issues with the theme:
1.My website supports three languages, and there’s a language selection menu in the top-right corner of every page. However, the language switcher only works correctly on the homepage—it only shows one option on all other pages.
2.On the Top Mini Menu, the phone, email, and home icons are missing in the second and third languages.
3.When clicking the logo on any language version, it always redirects to the main homepage (default language). For example, if a user is on the English version and clicks the logo, it goes back to the first language’s homepage. I’d prefer to remove the link from the logo altogether.
Could you please help resolve these issues?

I have activated the “Top Mini Menu” in Theme Options and entered a phone number. However, some of the first digits are missing in the menu display.

Hi, you need to insert the Google Maps API KEY into Appearance > Theme options > Customization and API. Please see the docs for more details: http://wordpress.framework-y.com/prv-components/google-map/ . You can also use the CODE BLOCK component and insert into it the embed code of any Google Maps.

Hi, I am unable to use PHP 8.0. My site works perfectly with PHP 7.4, but when I try to upgrade, all pages load only a spinning icon. Unfortunately, GoDaddy will be forcing all sites to upgrade to PHP 8 by the end of the year. Can you please provide assistance?
Hi, please delete Hybrid Composer plugin, download latest theme version, and install the new plugin (you find it under /inc/ folder of the theme), clear the browser cache and should work. You may need to update also the theme. The simplest way to update both two are by FTP.

Thank you, I will try that! I am also wondering about the Revolution Slider. The installed version is 5.4, and the current version available is 6.6. Do I need to purchase a new license through Slider Revolution, or is there a license code that came with the theme that will allow me to do updates through the theme?

hi, does your theme have templates made with Gutenberg?
I have a problem with the theme panel,i cannot get to work the theme panel to configure or import the demo. I have tried with php 8 and php 7.4 but no success. I am also currently using wordpress 6.2. I think it is a problem with a plugin. Could you please help me?
I solved it, i found the problem on file “admin-settings-page.php” of hybrid-composer, the problem was “Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, bool given”. We have to make sure the argument is countable, so what i did was replacing:

I am having a problem with the Portfolio section of my site. Instead of displaying the page title of the archive page as “Portfolio”, it is displaying the title of the latest post. Is there any documentation to walk through how to set the list up correctly? It was working great when I first imported the demo files but I must have done something to change it.

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, PHP Version (max 8.0 but try with 7.4 as well), some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/yellowbusiness/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 15USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
6) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
7) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
LISTS – POST-TYPES
1) Select the file demo-list-name.xml(ex.demo-list-1.xml) and click Upload file and import.
2) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
3) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
4) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
THEME SETTINGS
1) Go to Apparence > Theme options > Customizations.
2) Open the file export.json with a text editor, copy all text and paste it into
“Apparence > Theme options > customizations > Import settings” area and click “Import now”.
REVOLUTION SLIDER
1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin.
2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU
1) Go to Appearence > Menu.
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

Hi! I’m having problems with the contact form in this theme, is not working. When I send a test, I just get the error message. Please advise.
I am having trouble with one of my pages. I get it set up properly, and published. Page looks great. But when I try to edit the page, much of the content is not there. So I am unable to edit this page without recreating all of the missing sections. Have you run into anything like this? I haven’t had this problem on any other pages but the one.
Hi, please go to Appearance > Theme options > General and on bottom check “Disable Gutenberg” or installed the plugin WP Classic Editor and try again.
Also try to click the top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and check “Page Editor” / “Editor”.

I am looking forward to purchasing the theme. The only concern I cannot find an answer for – I am looking for a theme that uses built-in WP page editor. We would love to stay away of Elementor and the others ( need to stay with as low number of plugins as possible).

Hi there, I just purchased the template Yellow Business Construction theme, but there is some problem with displaying slide images in background on the Home Fullscreen page. It doesnt show the images that I insert into the fields in admin panel, nor it shows the slides via the Slider Revolution.
