There was an issue with the ACF plugin and the theme after the theme was released as a free file. Even though we fixed the issue immediately, ThemeForest doesn’t include updates for free downloads.

Why would you offer a free version that’s completely broken? Horrible first impression. Temporary free version doesn’t receive an update that fixes a critical error? WHAT? Imagine someone was browsing your themes and wanted to test one before buying one. But nope it doesn’t even work. That person just went to a completely better and more competent developer.

still facing the issue after reinstalling the newer version of the theme, please provide any solution for the same. Able to install the theme but not able to import demo data tried importing from wordpress importer and uploading the demo xml file , but showing critical error.

I am facing an issue trying to setup the Centaurus Wordpress theme locally. After installing the theme, as soon as I install and activate the first required plugin- Advanced Custom Fields, the website encounter a critical error and is completely inaccessible. Even the WP Admin interface is not accessible.

Hello. After installing the theme I am prompted to install required plugins but as soon as the installation begins, I get a critical error and my wordpress back end goes to recovery mode. Whilst troubleshooting the issue in recovery mode I get the following message: “The following themes are installed but incomplete. This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin back end.”
I tried to reinstall the theme several times and it seems like the issue arises only after attempting to install “Advanced Custom Fields” plugin. Any idea how to solve this problem?

That can be achieved by adding some custom code, but another easier way is just to switch from Accordion to the Toggle widget, as the Toggle widget is closed by default, please take a look at the following article.

Hi, I have a big issue on a live site.
I have attribute brand as archive and the theme shows the same products on all brands chosen.
This brand has for example only 1 product: https://annelise.no/brand/magic-body-fashion/
When I switch theme the issue is resolved, so it is most likely the theme having issues.

I am having some issues with the quick-buy buttons on product grid of yours. It even adds variation products to cart without selecting variations.
Is there any way to not make it do that and instead just open the product page so that customers can set variations?

You can do it via the following plugin. This plugin adds a field to the Edit Product page (under the General product info) that accepts a URL from the administrator or shop manager. When this field is set, the front-end user (customer) will be redirected to the URL when that product is added to the cart. So you can add the product URL there and when someone will click on the button it will go inside the product.

I think you misunderstood.
The quick-buy button on product grid adds products to cart, which is good.
BUT when on a product with variations, it needs to be go to product page instead of adding to cart. Because adding to cart without choosing variation should not be possible.
Currently that button adds a variable product to cart and randomly picks variations.
