Hello! This theme looks really nice, but when on mobile if you choose a sub page, then use the Back arrow you can’t scroll till you Update the site (i use your demo site)
Is there a fix you guys are working on for this? I saw a different comment regarding it also

There is a problem with this theme, on the mobile phone. When we navigate with the navigation menu and return with the browser’s back button, we cannot scroll on the page. We see this problem on the demo. Can you fix this problem with an update please?

Just want to comment as a warning to others, their support is absolutely abysmal. Non existent. Worst support I’ve ever seen. I downloaded the theme through Envato Elements and they won’t assist with the fact that their icons aren’t importing. The demo files all import fine except for their custom icons which ruins the theme.

It is not up to us – https://help.elements.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/5348875382809-What-is-the-difference-between-Envato-Elements-and-Envato-Market- Envato Elements is suitable for an agency or a Developer that can maintain/ support their theme independently. I can’t comment on envato elements but its still your product and the exact same theme. Reality is your support is abysmal and the icons don’t even work as i tried telling your support over and over again.

Hello, why is your Google Pagespeed so bad?
I have now removed the “Buy” top-bar on the demo page and was redirected to the direct demopage. This link has a lot better pagespeed result, but not perfect.

You have told some misleading word in your official site. There has no Theme Control panel, No video tutorial for this specific theme, their response time is more than 28 hours though they mention 8 Hours on their site. But bad thing is that they don’t have any knowledge how to fix an issue. I have been talking with them since 3 days and they never replied with exact solution. They are sharing WPbegineer videos and Elementor official pages. They don’t have knowledge to fix an issue. I am sure they are not the owner or developer this theme. They might be hired someone to make this theme. If they have created by their own then they will have the ability to fix issue instantly. They are very unprofessional as well and have no value of our time. I have been waiting 3 days to fix the issue. They are ignoring my message continuously. My suggestion is that don’t take this theme as there will have no support and has lots of fake promises.

HI there, as far as I can see my colleagues have already replied. You have to start with learning how WordPress works. The 22 video tutorials we sent will reaelly help. Next you have to learn how Elementor works. Once you are familiar with both WordPress and Elementor you can start editing the theme. There is no other way. Regards: VamTam

I have a question regarding my subscription to Envato Elements. I would like to know if it’s possible for me, as a subscriber, to download one of your themes available on Envato Elements. I am particularly interested in saving some of the cool design elements, such as the About Us page and other design details, as Elementor templates. Afterward, I would like to import these templates into my news media website, which is currently based on another TF theme with Elementor Pro, focused on News and Magazine.
I would like to confirm if this is both legally and technically feasible. Can I import your theme elements/designs, utilizing my official Envato Elements account, and integrate them seamlessly with my media theme, which also utilizes Elementor Pro?
