The best option is to inspect your server php error logs – it should list the exact cause of the fatal error on the server side during the import.

Please note that Nifty does not work with Elementor, in general you need to use Bold Page Builder which comes with the theme.
Maybe in some special case, the Elementor page content will indeed work, but this is more exception than the rule.
You can send us the image or even better url of the page to take a closer look, but you should really contact elementor’s support to see what might be wrong.

Hello Nifty team, I stoped by your theme as the one I want use in updating my existing site. I like both of your pre-build templates and wondering if I install the Square site will be able to have a swirl designs the same you have in demo in my portfolio/projects pages? How will I be able to achieve that? Also, will it possible to reduce (optimise, without having any bug consequences in the future) the loading time to 90 score according to google page speed?

Thanks for contacting us.
Unfortunately, there are no easy answers to any of your questions.
You can combine different layouts form our two demos – you need to choose one basic version and then customize the general settings on all pages with another look and feel. This is supported by Bold Builder.
The only thing is that you will have to import the secondary version into a separate WP instance and use BB clipboard functions to transfer desired designs into the main one and manually replicate the needed page settings for these copied pages.
Related to page speed optimization, with proper image and content optimization and caching plugin you can manage to keep the speed score around 60. For 90, you generally need to go for a theme which is clean and built for speed. We had to create a number of compromises to achieve the level of flexibility and the design Nifty offers.
In terms of content transfer – blog pages will probably fit without any issues into the Nifty design out of the box.
On the other hand static pages need to be recreated manually, there is no way to achieve automatic transfer of content from different WP Bakery elements to Bold Page Builder elements.

Ad Astra has been temporarily removed from the market by us due to the naming issue – supposedly it creates market confusion with so called Astra theme 
We are in the process of renaming the theme – it also includes some work on the prefixes and some other details in the theme code.
Anyhow, it should be back on the market by the end of the next week – the same design, functionality and features, just the different name.
Your existing license, purchase code and support period as well as access to the theme updates will be functioning normally as with Ad Astra.
As soon as the newly named Ad Astra is back we will let you know.

Every service clicked goes to a static page (single-service) instead of a dynamic page with the appropriate info populated

Please note that nifty does not feature services custom post type, so the service items you can see on our demo are static page elements which should link to static pages.
To avoid pointless number of static pages in our demo, we have linked them all to one page as an illustration of the functionality. So this is not a bug, we have simply linked our demo that way.

Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on a per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice the Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
You probably have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it caused the problem. Try removing logo related overrides on pages with issues.

There is a problem. see this page on chrome , you will see there are a few grey lines between some sections. On firefox these line are not visible and page looks good. I have now noticed, that actually the lines are only visible when seeing page while logged into WordPress. When seen without logged in to WordPress , pages have no lines. So there is no problem. Sorry for inconvenience

The grey lines represent the sections which are not visible on the screen resolutions you are using at that moment.
If you edit the page in the backend editor, you will notice that these sections exist on the page, but their responsive settings (responsive tab) are set so they are not visible on desktop resolutions.

ok thanks. I changed menu style on client’s request, the client wanted to revert menu style to original. FYI like “Delostylestudio” above we’re getting: Error getting administrator credentials: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function bt_bb_get_svg_icons_param_array() in /var/www/vhosts/obscured/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/nifty/bold-page-builder/content_elements/bt_bb_card_icon/bt_bb_card_icon.php:148.
Used a fresh copy of the theme downloaded a few days ago, clean install, new host. Was logged into the site no issues maybe 2 days ago. Auto update, minor update and any update is off. Were on PHP 8.2 but went all the way back to 8.0 and still with the issue. Setup: Plesk Wordpress Toolkit so copying the login info to the admin page manually got us in and everything seems fine going that way but its the same exact error as “Delostylestudio”. Since we just got this up, may do a clean install and see after we’ve added a few more sites, some from Bold Themes too.

This problem is clearly somewhere in the inner functioning of the logging in process behind direkt link from your Plesk panel to your wp-admin.
We can not know why the functions.php from the theme is not being processed properly if you are logged into wp-admin automatically by Plesk.
We can only confirm that the bt_bb_get_svg_icons_param_array() function is defined in functions.php and that this is the standard way of solving these things. Furthermore the issue is not present when you are using the standard WordPress functionality for logging into wp-admin.
We can only suggest that you contact your hosting provider and ask them what can be the cause of this. If they have some suggestion on how to overcome th issue we will be glad to assess their proposal.

This is a strange issue, as it seems that some old files remained within the theme folder – can you delete all the theme files on your server via ftp and reupload the theme again?

The problem was that the Color Schemes were not defined on Settings > Bold Builder – you probably haven’t updated the theme for a while.
We have added two default color schemes on Settings > Bold Builder panel and everything seems ok.

This is quite strange as the function is on the line 456 of the theme’s functions.php file – so it is definitely defined in the theme’s main file
This means that either your theme files are somehow corrupted or modified or you are using the child theme which overrides this function in some way.
You can check if the said function exists in your theme’s functions.php file on your server.
We suggest that you download the latest version of the theme, overwrite all the files on your server (or even better delete them and upload the entire theme again) and see if the issue persists.

I am using 1.2.6 version of the theme. Is it the latest version that you are referring to? Also I have already started making changes to the home page and now removing the entire thing and bringing it again will be a difficult task. Can you be more specific as what to change to fix this? To give more details, I get this error when I try to login from ionos dashboard where my wordpress is installed. If I login directly from the backend link I do not find any error. Yes, 1.2.6 is the latest version of the theme.
You should contact your hosting provider and tell them that your WordPress instance does not load the theme’s functions.php file for some reason when you access the wp-admin from ionos dashboard.
It does when you access the wp-admin directly or when you access the website’s front end – they certainly should know why is this happening.
This is not a regular situation and it is specific to your hosting environment.

Hi, when I install the latest theme update, the css styles which have been created are being overwritten with the original Nifty theme css styles. Not had this problem before with previous Nifty updates, but I have had to refer back to version 1.0.5. We are using LiteSpeed Cache for caching. This has been flushed.

In that case, edits to the main style.css file will be overwritten with the new style.css file from the updated theme. Changes made in Additional CSS will be preserved.
You have two options – one is to implement the changes made in main style.css file using Additional CSS or to use the child theme and move these changes to child theme’s style.css. The concept of the child theme has been introduced in WordPress, for that specific reason, so that the customizations are preserved after the theme updates.

Usually the issues caused by the theme do not happen from time to time – either the issue causes a persistent error or not. Furthermore, the code changes introduced in the latest update are not such that they would cause a performance issues – we have switched off two filter hooks which are not compatible with the WP 6.2 and nothing else.
Are you using a caching plugin? Does the flushing of the site cache resolves the issue? Does the hosting have any ideas – they have access to logs which could clearly indicate the possible cause of the issue?
You can try to deactivate the plugins one by one and see if the issue persists.
