Make sure you update the theme and WPQA plugin to the latest version.
Updated the theme (still 2.0.0, but the newest version) the WPQA plugin is version 6.0.0 (cannot be updated seperatly, because it is part of the theme) – Cache clered etc.
Still teh same errors.

1. Can you do that, when we ask questions so we can select specific groups, so it’s easy to find questions and received proper answers.
2. And in group also have option to ask question and question tab.
I know there’s category options but that not help to serve proper accurate question to users because that have broad range.
I want both options when someone ask question, they write question, select category, select groups to target specific audience, and select tags.
If you have plan in future update so good, otherwise please send the quote on my mail.

I want to charge users 10 point for each question they post, so i have enabled this option through setting “Charge points for question settings”, however, i believe that through this setting users wont know that they are losing points for asking question. So i also entered value -10 https://i.postimg.cc/6Qv6dmXj/image.png inside Budget and Points setting, but i think because of negative value it is not displayed in Badges page (check here : https://hcmfolks.com/badges/). How do inform/display user that they will lose 10 points for each question.

Ok.. but message “You will lose 10 points for asking this question” is a bit scary.. anyway, where do users see their total points. Do we have any page? It would be better to make that message hyperlink and when they click on it, it can take them to a page they can see their points.

The total of points, in the points page of the user and in the profile of the user!
Can you share me the link of point page from demo site, I didn’t find it. I also checked profile page but there is no total point shown. It only shows category wise point in the sidebar. Are you referring that?
The points page is a private, when go to your profile page https://2code.d.pr/i/AcFHBc will see number of points and in the points page will see all the history, https://2code.info/demo/themes/Himer/main/profile/demo/points/ login with demo for the username and password.

The theme has a beautiful design, but this message’s background doesn’t match the theme style, and the text needs a change. You may say that we can customize the design or change that text but that requires extra plugin and child theme, plus any customization is not reflected in the mobile app. We can think of changing that text without any background color as follows “For each new question you ask, 10 points will be deducted from your account. However, you can always earn or purchase more points.”. Where “account” will be a hyperlink which will take uses to “Points” page. Another hyperlink “earn” will take them to “Point System” page where they can see how can they earn extra points by different activities. And the last link “purchase” will either take them to contact page or a page where they can purchase more points.
You can change the text with the loco translate plugin as you want.

This is for them to know how much points they have and how they have earned them. Right now I don’t think my users know the importance of point as they have been asking questions without worrying about points. I have just started charging points to have quality questions.
The message is clear to know which points will lose, and also if you don’t have enough points.

when we open any category we get a search box at the top as shown in the image. Expectation is that when you utilize this search box it should only search questions from that category. But doesn’t look like its working that way. Ok, but that we can type anyway in any forum. That I can type without enabling mention functionality. What does it to once you type @demo
When you mention someone, it send notification and email for him.
I have two users with these user names Priya.Manjunath and Manjunath.Reddy ir i use Manjunath or Manjunath.reddy it is always picking up record that was created first that is Priya.Manjunath, which is wrong. Either is should select corret user name or we should get option to select right user as soon as we type @ otherwise notifications will be sent to wrong users.
It only reads the username, not the display name!
What I have shared above is user name only. It’s not working as expected. Sending notification to wrong user.

Thanks for the fix. It would be better if this works with display name rather than user name, as no one knows what is the user name of other. What they know is what they see, which is display name.

Yes, you can change any word you want with the loco translate plugin, it’s not for the translation only, but to change the words for the sane language too.
and how about multi language, I want to translating for menu / features name only not translating the post / content, is possible?
