How to change the colors in header and website colour schemne?
You can change the colors here: 1) WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Header and here 2) WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Primary menu.

1) Check if the Registration page exists here: WordPress -> Pages.
2) Check if the Registration page has the template “DateBook template”.
3) Check if the Registration page is selected here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages -> Registration page.
That’s it. If these steps do not help, then I could check your website.
The steps above did not help. The page exists, has the DateBook template and registration page is selected under the pages section. 1) Check if Friends is enabled here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Friends
2) and 3) It is not clear what and how not working.
Please, if you are logged in as administrator, then many functions do not work on a profile page.

I have been able to setup the theme i have been using it for two months now.. had time to go through it customize and setup the website . It is live now gorainbow.co.bw the only issue i have is the photo sizes the are huge and blurry, dont know what happened even in the theme options i have set the ideal image sizes and they still look huge and blurry. How do i fix this, it happened after updating the theme
Hi PGLDesigns. I checked image sizes on your website. Size is not large or blurry. It is correct size. Could you take a screenshot?
Also, you are using a caching plugin. Some CSS styles are moved to a page inside from a CSS file, and modified. Because of it, you website layout looks broken.

Is there any way I can edit the menu at the profile page? On the left side, while on the profile page, there is a standard menu. I would like to remove some items. For example: I’d like to remove ‘classify’ and ‘Tour’s from the left menu.

Hi Anthony. Thank you for the purchase. Those pages have been created with Brizy page builder. There are 2 ways to create the front page:
1) You can just create your own page you like with ANY page builder. After that, you should insert the following shortcodes into your page.
- Language menu – [datebook_languages_dropdown]
- Login and Register links – [datebook_login_register_links]
- Search form – [datebook_search_form layout=’search_form_front’ showtitle=’0’]
- Quantity of Registered members – [datebook_quantity_registered_users]
- Featured profiles – [datebook_featured_profiles]
- Mozaic of profiles – [datebook_mosaic_normal_profiles]
- Top profiles – [datebook_top_profiles]
- List of countries – [datebook_countries]
2) You can also import/install sample Brizy pages. Do the following:
- Install the Brizy page builder plugin. But do not activate it yet.
- Find the folder “Demo content” in the archive file you downloaded on ThemeForest. Unpack it on your desktop. There must be 2 files “datebook-brizy-pages.xml” and “datebook-brizy-templates.xml”.
- Go to here: WordPress -> Tools -> Import -> WordPress Importer -> select 2 files to import from the folder “Demo content”.
- Go to here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages tab -> select all imported pages in all fields.
- Select this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Page Builder tab -> Profile page builder -> select “Third party Page Builder”.
- Select the home page here: WordPress -> Settings -> Reading.
- Activate the Brizy page builder plugin.

You can save the text easily:
1) Go to the theme settings again: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard.
2) Enter your text in the text area.
3) Click on the tab “Text” and then again “Visual” tab right on the editor.
4) Save your changes.

If you can check 2 things: - in the Email templates language text can save normally. But when you save it (doesn’t matter if in TinyMCE or HTML-view) all css codes disappear. E.g you have preformatted field for apearing message text, but it cannot written in the same format in an other language. :/
- On the verification page the “Max image size: ” text cannot be translated. It’s not declared as translatable text in “plugins\datebook\templates\profile\profile-verification.php” Line: 65.
I changed it directly in this file, so it’s ok, but would be great to add any string that adds the funtction to translate it.

Hi. Not preferences. Only the Gender field must display females or males. Preferences fields are just informative fields. They do not have functionality.

Hi khurram_shahbaz. You did right. After you clicked a link in email message, you will see a profile page. After that, you should go to the Verification page of that profile. I have purchased this theme today, but I found so many faults in this theme. When any user try to edit his profile, the SAVE button is not on the bottom. Kindly tell me how to save the profile information in the profile page. Edit profile page has the same problem. Kindly fix it ASAP

Hi, khurram_shahbaz. You can activate the matchmaking system here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Matching -> enable this option “Enable profiles matching?”
After that, go here and match fields: WordPress -> DateBook -> Match Making.

Search form on home page must enabled here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Searching -> Show the search form on Homepage?
Also, be sure you imported the search form. Check if it exists and has some fields here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Forms -> Search form on Front page.
You can import search form (and all other forms) here: WordPresss -> DateBook -> Theme Installer -> Third step -> click on the button “3. Import”.
Matching panel must be displayed only on profile page. But if you are logged in as administrator, then you will not able to see it at all. It is hidden for administrator.
You should login as an ordinary user and go to some profile to see the matching panel.

I have got another problem, several times when I refresh my website page, it comes up A CRITICAL ERROR and blank page appears. It happens not all the times but most of the times, but when refresh the page another time, it comes the normal website page. Kindly check it out and fix this problem because if my users come and look this blank CRITICAL ERROR page, they won’t come back again.
Ok, I can check this issue on your site if you provide an URL of your website. Actually, it is not clear what error you tell me about. Any screenshots could help me better and faster understand what is happening on your website. Usually, server may display blank page, not the theme.

I have purchased your theme, I am having problem with payment gateways. I have enabled BANK TRANSFER, but users got activate their packages without paying money to my bank account. Kindly fix it. And can we use Stripe as payment gateway?
Oh. Something happened. Bank payment does not work properly. It will be fixed soon, in the next update. Meanwhile, you could deactivate Bank payment.
The theme does not have Stripe gateway. But any way, you can add Stripe and use it of you install WooCommerce. The theme supports WooCommerce. So, you can install any payment gateway support by WooCommerce.
