For that, go to wp-dashboard>>Templates>>edit it with wpbakery>>Add row element>>(Backend Editor)Add search element>>Check its responsive settings. (In your case. hide it for Desktop).

Hi, Back to the topic of importing Demo’s. I am not an IT specialist but I use Wordpress as a hobby. A friend asked me for help, so I’m trying to do the first setting up the store so that it can continue… I have problem to import files…
1) I tried through the Wolmart panel -> Setup Wizards -> Import Demo, but an error appeared and it did not import the data – I tried several times and various Demos, but to no avail
2) Then I used Wordpress > Settings> Tools -> Import
a) demo file 1 unzipped -> zip folder
b) after unpacking there are 3 files -> content.XML, theme_options.php, widget_data.json
c) in Wordpress, I used only the content.XML file for import – content and photos have been added;
d) Should files from the Demo folder: theme_options.php, widget_data.json be copied somewhere?
d) after importing the data, there is a problem with the Menu and other settings, because they are not the same as in the Demo. As I described above, when these files (Demo folder) are copied somewhere, should the menu (header) appear as in the Demo?
Please provide information about above.
Hi, Is there a list of pages and posts, products, categories, etc. that should be added after importing the Demo? During the import of Demo 1 with Wolmart panel, an error popped up several times, so I used Import from Wordpress but I don’t know if everything is added because some pages are duplicated now.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused while importing the demo. Before importing the demo, please make sure to check the current status of your hosting provider’s system status from wp-dashboard>>wolmart>>setup wizard and check that it meet all the requirements.

If you are running low server configuration due to hosting limit, then you have use the Alternative method to import the demo. Because standard method will import demo only if server meet all these requirements.
Now, We request you please uninstall the pre-imported demo and use Alternative method to import the demo.

Here are my comments:
1) due to the fact that I decided that maybe some server settings have an impact on the incorrectness of the website: I moved the entire website to another server and installed all plugins, theme, etc. from the beginning.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing it and how it might be resolved? It seems to me that such a problem can often be in people who have this theme or another … and such information will be useful to more people / users.

It’s because your server environment can not access to our servers.
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works. If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not able to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable the curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and does not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.
Alternatively, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and also with Cpanel Login details as well, so that our experts will look into it for you on your site and help you out.

I have checked your site and noticed the issue. Before debugging your site, we kindly request that you verify you are using the most up-to-date version of the Wolmart theme, which is version 1.5.3.
Also try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue.
If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

Sorry for the inconvenience but if you are referring about changing the Headers heading to h1 or something, then we are really Sorry for the inconvenience but there isn’t an option available in the Theme for that. It will eventually require Customization to do so and we at this platform provide dedicated Support related to Theme Options related issues only.
If you want any CSS change (something like text color, background color etc) on that then that would be possible. You can mention us that, we will provide you the respective CSS for that.

We have been consistently experiencing vendor login challenge. Vendors create their account with a password but they are not able to login with the same password and they consistently receive password incorrect. Even when we reset for them, they still receive the error
