Suggestion: Simplify the Process of Changing Main Colors in the Template

Currently, the template uses indigo-600 as the main color, and changing it to another color is cumbersome. Overwriting the indigo color is not considered good practice. Instead, I suggest implementing a more flexible color system with primary, secondary, danger, success, and warning colors. These colors should be used throughout the HTML and CSS files.

For example, custom CSS like this:

.error_message { @apply bg-red-600/5 text-red-600; } should be converted to:

.error_message { @apply bg-opacity-5 text-danger; background-color: var(—color-danger); } In the Tailwind configuration, you can define these colors as follows:

extend: { colors: { primary: { DEFAULT: ‘var(—primary-color, #53b0f8)’, // indigo-600 or #4F46E5 hover: ‘var(—primary-hover-color, #4338CA)’, // indigo-700 }, secondary: { DEFAULT: ‘var(—secondary-color, #169EDA)’, hover: ‘var(—secondary-hover-color, #2A9EDC)’, }, // Add other color categories as needed } } This approach allows for easy color changes without breaking the template. Additionally, colors can be updated without recompiling by adding the following styles somewhere in the HTML:

<style> :root { —primary-color: #c52332; —secondary-color: rgba(106, 209, 22, 0.27); } </style> Implementing these changes would make the template more adaptable and easier to customize for various users. What do you think about this suggestion?

Please use new ID for slider.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you

1. Is it compatible with Tailwind’s official grid system? Tailwind’s official grid code is not applied properly.

2. Please distribute the grid example page as well as the UI Components example page.

thank you

Hi,

Yes, this is compatible with grid system. And also we update the components page and add grid example in next update.

Thank you

Additionally, I’m looking for a deficated server page. https://kohost.themetags.com/dedicated-server-hosting.html

Ok sure.

Thank you

Hi , when will the next version be released?

We are working on the updates but not sure about the time.

Thank you

Great job on the recent update! The admin dashboard is incredibly useful. I understand this is the first version, but I suggest making the pages feel more like an admin area rather than a frontend. For instance, there’s a blog inside the admin dashboard. Typically, what we’d expect in such a space is the CRUD functionality for creating new articles, which is more useful than the blog itself.

I believe it would be beneficial to include more CRUD examples, complete with a table, a form, and a display page. In the past, I primarily used Bootstrap. Now, as I transition to Tailwind, I find myself missing certain features like a datatable. In forms, I feel the absence of various input types such as date and time pickers, color pickers, file upload inputs (like Dropzone), and a WYSIWYG editor.

Additionally, I’m looking for a straightforward way to display information dialogs, similar to SweetAlert2.

For the upcoming update, I strongly recommend enhancing the admin dashboard. Many individuals, including myself, prefer a consistent template for both the frontend and backend. Your template stands out as one of the few that offers excellent landing pages coupled with an admin dashboard.

Keep up the excellent work!

Hi,

Thank you

jQuery is a dependency!!! For the navigation to work on responsive yous guys have used some jquery code.

I bought specifically looking at “No jQuery Dependency”. I am using this template for my react js website. I rather needed a tailwind-react template, but now I have convert the jquery stuff into react as well.

Regards Anupam khosla

Please check Techwind React Version, https://1.envato.market/techwind-react

Thank you

All good! it was actually Documentation/js/app.js which uses jquery. The template itself uses plain js.

Secondly, is the react version to be bought separatly? I actually need react based code.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Ok, Thank you for your answer.

And yes you need to buy React version separately.

Thank you

Thank you for the nice template and I’m using it well. There are a few things that could be improved.

1. I want all the code specific to tailwind.css to be included. For example, not all colors in the tailwind are available.

2. It is desirable to keep the unique code of tailwind.css as it is and to write the code used in the template in a separate file. For example techwind.css,

3. Increase the variety of blocks (sections). There is a lot of reuse of the same block.

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestion. We will as we are working on all this we will provide all this in the next updates.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you

Hi! I really love this template and I would buy it for our website. But the thing is, we’ve worked only on WordPress and this will be kind of next level for us. So my question is: is it easy and intuitive to customize it or we’ll need to hire a developer? Thanks!

Hi,

Yes, This is Tailwind CSS HTML Template and also yes for customization it’s very easy to customize the template.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you

Thank you for your reply!

Thank you :)

Is demo not written in utility first format to protect the code? Or is the DOM… HTML/CSS the same in the purchased verison?! I thought the whole point of using TailWind CSS was to use the tailwind classes, and not have any extra CSS files with your own styles. I am really impressed if this turns out to be complexly made in tailwind and will purchase it, but it looks like you just utilized tailwind for building this with your own custom classes.

Hi,

No, it doesn’t use any extra CSS but Yes, we have used our own styling in TechWind as some styles have been written for plugins and styles have been written to customize the mega-menu.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you

Hi Balaji,
