Hello, can the Mercado Pago payment gateway be used with this theme?
There is built-in support for: PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Bank Transfer. Also here is a list of premium add-ons for even more options: Square, Skrill, Mollie, Paystack, Pagseguro, PayUMoney, Online Worldpay, Razorpay, Payfast
We do not have support for Mercado Pago and do not have plans on adding support for this gateway.

Hi. I want to buy this theme to make a site for my own and found customers with membership. What licence i have to buy? Regular or extended? And what’s the difference between them? Thanks in advance
The license you will need is the “Regular License”. The regular license is the most common license and covers most usage. In short, the regular license covers usage on one website. You can make any changes/modifications/etc you want.
The extended license is less common as this is used mostly for bulk license purchases. For example if you were teaching a class and wanted each student to build a seperate website using our theme. You could purchase one extended license for this instead of 20+ regular licenses.

This is related to ARMember but they’re refusing to help. I’ve looked at all the documentation but couldn’t find an answer. Our monthly subscription price is 10 dollars at the moment. Last week we’ve increased the price to 12 dollars and emailed all the members informing the change and asked them to cancel their subscriptions if they don’t want to pay the updated price. We’ve made the necessary changes, however the old members are still charged 10 dollars when their subscriptions are renewed. How can we solve this? Should we create a new membership with the new price and assign all members to that? Will their payment / credit card details still be applied and will they be able to make auto-payments? (We’re using Stripe and Paypal). It’s too bad that an option to increase price for the existing members does not exist. Can you help me solve this please?

Insanely Frustrating. I’ve tired making this site a few times now, failed each time and now have to repurchase support $56USE to get any help at all. Can’t get ARMember Activated (Invalid Credentials) Can’t get it looking like the demo (Followed Documentation so carefully – numerous times) and have to repurchase this just does NOT work as easily as advertised.
Also – RE: Documentation – there isn’t any Boosted Elements for Elementor anymore, you can’t seem to edit elements in a container and god only knows where that is hidden – is it a Video, a post or a page… wtf.. this theme is absolutely nuts. Everything is hidden so deeply you will never be able to get it looking like the demo.
God forbid you are trying to find out how to edit one of those Lightboxes…..jeeeezus

Will this theme work seamlessly with other membership plugins? I’ve been using Wishlist Member for about 10 years and would like to continue using that on this site because that’s what I know.
Can you confirm that Wishlist Member membership plug will work properly with this theme or is it required to use the membership plugin armember?

We of course recommend using ARMember as all of the styling and functionality are included with this plugin. That being said, yes you could use a different membership plugin OR even no membership plugin at all.
All of the video functionality, carousels, sliders, navigation, footer, etc. is all managed via the theme and WordPress. The only portions ARMember manage are related to membership like the pricing plans, eCommerce, and registration forms. If you wanted to use another plugin, you could do so but it would be up to you to set the required pages and registration with your membership plugin of choice.

Great! Where do I find the video post tutorial? I can’t seem to find the drag and drop feature. This issue only occurs on series episodes, where the episodes numbering doesn’t function as it should when one has more than 9 episodes. cheers

Hi, is it possible to restrict users based on the device they are registered with? For example if they are registered with their mobile device, they cannot access profile if they try to login from laptop? Or what solution do you offer against members who share their log in details with others so one account is used by many people who have not paid membership?
Yes, there are security features built-in including a login history that admins can view. In terms of shared accounts, there is an Auto Lock Shared Account option which prevents simultaneous logins using the same login details.

Ok, but you can use your device from different IPs. Is there any way to see the device too in login history, or just the IP? Because if there are logins from different IPs it doesn’t mean that someone else is using the membership.
In terms of if you want to prevent multiple simultaneous logins, the website would logout the duplicate login. For example if somebody was using a second device, it would logout the first one. The login history displays username, ip, login state, and browser usage.
Yes, I understood that it prevents simultaneous logins. However the main point was if one account can be used by two different people (not at the same time). As far as I understand there is no such option. Account should be limited to use on only one specific device

Hello team, There is an error in the display of Plan pricing per month and Finit (armember). Indeed I put for example 10$ per month and the price is displayed as if it were Finit, the plan pricing that I put fix, one time payment (finit) are displayed as payment per month…
Troubleshooting: I delete the plans and create new, i also delete wordpress cash and but the issue persist.

The price set up on Armember pricing list is not what showing in the page. The payment is set 20 for 6 months, and 19€ for monthly payment.
But on the page it’s showing 20/month and 19 full payment (opposite) and it’s not correct. It’s should be 19/month and 20 for 6 months Armember version 5.9.1

Hello, I am interested in your theme for a streaming website. Does your theme come ‘video” “post types” and “video content type” page templates?

I understand there is no autoplay feature so I will hire someone to help me autoplay random videos from a YouTube playlist at specific times. Question 1) can I do this with your theme using iframe? 2) what languages would the developer need to know to add additional logic and be compatible with your theme? 3) I assume your membership plugin can gate keep the content of any page or post that includes this iframe, right? 4) rather than promoting individual videos, i want to promote YouTube playlists – could your default video post display the first video in a YouTube playlist? And if so, can this post still be added to “my list”? Thank you!
1) Yes you can place videos via iFrames.
2) All code is created using recommended WordPress functions and code. The only language you would need to read comments/code/functions would be English.
3) Yes, the private content can also hide iFrames.
4) You can embed just about any piece of content including playlists. The “Add to my list” is linked to the post itself. Therefore it will work with any piece of content as it is linked to the post rather than the actual video itself.

Yes, there is a form builder and styler built-in. This allows you to easily edit the forms on the website as well as add additional fields to the form. I assume you are referring to the Edit Profile form which can be edited.
In terms of the front-end profile page: https://aztec.progressionstudios.com/profile/demo/ there isn’t an option to add additional fields to this page as it is a custom template.

Yes, the theme has the ability to do a membership plan as well as the ability to offer pay per video/content. You can do exactly what you are describing, allow people to purchase each video individually.
