Hello, We bought this template and asked for few customizations for additional agreed cost. Paid through Paypal full amount already and I have been daily doing follow-up with Support ticket since from Aug 24th 2023. The estimate of work is just couple of hours only. Support team does not even read your query in the ticket. Simply wasting our time and I could not launch our website finally as per our plans. Pls think about my situation. Really worst experience. Template has many issues. I have hired WordPress developer and sorted out what ever is possible. Few we could not so we approached Author. Requesting Themeforest team help in this regard.
