Hello, I am unable to import demo content – I have installed the Elementor plugin, the Theme, all the needed plugins (such as One click import Demo), but my attempt to import demo content always fails after few minutes. Can you please assist? Thanks a lot veronika
Hello! Have you tried uploading the demo to live hosting or localhost?
Live hosting.
Please check the required parameters of your hosting, as well as the php version, it must be at least 8. Do it clean install of wordpress and try again. sometimes it happens.
The demo import did not work after clean install, but I was able to import json file, so all good there. But I am facing two more issues: 1. The circle with text Scroll down – i overwrite it in the settings, but it is still showing the Scoll down text 2. Main picture (black and white with the hover) – when I am editing the site with elementor, the picture is there. But as soon as i preview it live, the picture just dissapear. I am following your instructions from the documentation, but it is not working.

Hello, I am trying to change the wording of the scroll circle in the global settings and it is not working.
I also want to change the background word (where you have Grav before the screen slides up. I love it in the header but I would like to change the background word.

On the phone (both on iphone and android / with different browsers) after passing the preloader, a black block remains in front of the top menu. I completely reinstalled wordpress and reinstalled the theme and it didn’t fix it. I also tried without demo data and the situation is the same. I am waiting for your help.

Great looking theme! I think this is what I’m looking for. I’ve got a couple of questions though before I buy, if you don’t mind.
Are the elements in this customizeable/toggleable? Like for instance, I like the loading screen, but I would prefer to only have it show when loading the homepage and not for every other page, is that possible? Same with the scroll down circle animation. And another thing is the cursor, could I change that as well? Actually, when it hovers over the clickable items, it zooms into a cropped up, pixelated image, and that’s the only thing I dislike.
The images on the services section, I’m assuming they’re GIFs, right? So I could just create my own animations and replace them? And could I do the same for the squiggly lines at the footer (and load screen) as well?
Another thing is, could I have video backgrounds with this theme? Video or GIF.
I just like having control over these things, especially that my brand has a specific color scheme as well. I could change the colors, too, right? Like it’s not permanently stuck to a dark theme?
I don’t mind getting in there and creating my own elements or having to write a few lines of code. I had a couple of Wordpress websites between 2008-2013, and then switched to Squarespace after that. Now, I’m switching back to Wordpress as they increased the price again, and I don’t even get full customizability without having to pay extra. What I liked about Squarespace though was the straightforwardness.
Now, I don’t know what Gutenberg or Elementor, but I reckon I’ll figure it out as I go. It’s just that, the most work I hope to be having to do is designing elements from scratch, and not getting stuck at the back end. I’ve read a couple of comments on other themes on here, and I figure customizability is an issue with a lot of themes. I just want a theme that I could both just install and leave it as is, or fully customize it if I want to.
One final question: do I have to buy any other plug-in or whatever to get this up and running? I heard that that was the case for some themes. I know Elementor is free, right, so I don’t need to subscribe to any of those yearly plans?

Hello! Thank you for enjoying our theme. I will try to answer your questions. Step by step.
1. Buying additional plugins is not required. Everything works with free plugins.
2. You can easily replace animated gif’s in the services section with the help of elementor in one click. Add your own or remove altogether. You can change the lines at the bottom through the style .css file.
3. It is possible to change the color scheme in the theme settings. The color of the background, fonts, etc.
4. The cursor can be disabled in the settings, the same applies to the scrolling circle. However, in order to leave only on the main home page and not show on others, you will need to change the js file.
The theme provides a lot of settings, but if you want something custom then you need to write code.
I think this applies to any themes, not just ours.

Thank you very much for the detailed and swift response. All this already makes me feel good about your theme. I salute your design, hard work, and service. Makes me feel confident as the others take days to respond, only to say that they can’t answer these questions without purchasing. As I said, I haven’t used Wordpress in years, so your response is very much appreciated. I’m a little rusty, but if I do need to write code, I’ll just have to take it on once more. The important thing is having a solid foundation to start from, and I do believe your theme would be great at that.
