Thanks

You should definitely make a mobile app of this theme.

Do you have a mind to release a version in laravel?. Excellent work by the way

Thanks for your answer. Do you know if this version of Laravel has the same features and benefits that its development in wordpress has? On quick review, it seems to not include all the excellent features that wordpress has in laravel development. Greetings and thanks for your response.

Hello. I would like to buy the theme. My question is: can an applicant apply for a job without registering on the site? can this be configured?

Hello,

Yes, applicants can apply for a job without registering on the site. The Civi Theme provides the option to enable applying without login. And you can configure it in the Civi Theme

Kindly Regards,

Hello, I’m interested in purchasing the Civi theme, it looks great. But I’m worried about the employer landing being unclear, as mentioned by one of the users here.

I want to install the theme and send cold emails to employers to pay and post jobs. But since the page is unclear I’m hesitating to purchase. Can you tell me when will be the page fixed?

Hello Vincenth33,

I appreciate your interest. To facilitate a quick check of your ability to post a job, we’ve set the default option to require payment for an Employer demo account. You can also experiment by registering another Employer account and posting a job; this will promptly redirect you to the package purchase page. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

I don’t quiet follow. Can you please elaborate?

Is there a separate sigup page that we can add to “get started” button so that employers know that they need to first sign up.

Hello, Can I use the WPML WordPress CMS Multilingual plugin to translate the site into English and French, or do I have to use loco translate?

Hello, it’s better you use Loco translate. You can check the guide here: https://uxper.gitbook.io/civi-job-board-wordpress-theme/translation/how-to-translate-edit-texts-words

Hi, this is more of a pre-sales question:

Q1—I was checking out the employer landing page on the live preview (https://civi.uxper.co/employer-landing/). When I click on the “get started” button beneath a pricing package I’m taken to this page – https://i.imgur.com/BIMGQ9P.png

Where does the employer go now? I’m guessing they have to signup to the site and then make payment but the page is not telling the employer how to proceed.

Shouldn’t the employer landing as well as this page – https://i.imgur.com/BIMGQ9P.png – make it clear that the employers need to sign up to the site first and then make payment for the selected pack? Is there a fix on the way? Or am I understanding the workflow wrong?

Q2—Is there a way to upgrade or downgrade packages? I don’t see any here – https://i.imgur.com/PhcBjPh.png

Q3—There must be a way to change this text – https://i.imgur.com/ZikUTS5.png – right?

Hello, I have some pre-sale questions: would like to know if the following is possible: 1. The jobs and candidates should be visible only for members who purchased a package. If a membership was not purchased, the candidates or job listings should not be visible to anyone. 2. Paid membership should be for both candidates and companies. 3. Can we add a new page with a new functionality, like a questionnaire to be completed by candidates and visible on their page. Can this feature be customized by you or by our developer? 4. Zoom integration for one-on-one session (paid). Regards,

Hello. Of course, I’d be happy to address your pre-sale questions:

1. Absolutely, we can set it up so that job listings and candidate profiles are only visible to members who have purchased a package. Non-members won’t have access to these listings.

2. Yes, our platform supports paid memberships for both candidates and companies, providing a flexible and comprehensive solution.

3. Certainly, we can add a new page with a questionnaire feature for candidates. This feature can be customized either by us or by your own developer, depending on your preference and technical capabilities.

4. Certainly, we offer Zoom integration for one-on-one paid sessions. This can greatly enhance the interaction and communication between candidates and companies.

Feel free to ask if you have any more questions or if there’s anything else you’d like to know. We’re here to help! Regards,

Hei, I have one question regarding extended and regular license. With regular we can not receive payments right? thats the only difference?

Second question: On candidate profile, we want to remove name, gender, and maybe a few other fields. Is this customisable? We want people to apply for jobs only based on skills and experience, to make the process as equal as possible.

Thanks!

Hello,

1./ With regular license: When you buy themes on Evanto, the purchase code as well as the license will be related to Evanto’s management

2./ Civi theme has the option so you can hide some fields in the Candidate Profile.

Kindly Regards,

Pre-sale question: Is it possible to customize the dashboard and also the name of the dashboard sections such as: counted posted jobs, application names etc?

Hello, can the Employers publish for freelancers projects or only for jobs? Can the website admin manage and approve/reject the freelance’s project application?

Hello,

1./ Employers can publish only for jobs 2./ Admin can manage and approve/reject the freelance’s service and job application

Regards,

Hello. What types of custom fields can I use? I have not found the information in the documentation of theme.

I sent a private message to your email.

Please send it via email to jennie@uxper.co

I already sent it to you.

Is there any youtube video link which shows all the functionality of website and please let me know if I am allowed to add paytm and razorpay as payment gateway

Hello,

- Our documentation has a brief introduction to the main functions of the theme, which you can view here: https://uxper.gitbook.io/civi-job-board-wordpress-theme/

- You can use Woocomerce’s paytm and Razopay support plugin: https://woocommerce.com/products/razorpay-for-woocommerce/?quid=b72da84f46eb5e82e2f08e8ff2927519

Kindly Regards,

Hello, I have some pre-sale questions:

1. Can I add more filters to the home page search bar. For example now there is a category filter, I would like to add “experience” too, is it possible?

2. Can I add other filters like “languages” so that people can search on this criteria as well and remove some of them if I find them not useful? Can the new filters be added to the home page search bar?

3. The idea of the site is that recruiters can post their job offers and candidates can apply via sending an email (not from the website) or external link to the original job offer. Meaning that candidates don’t need to create an account in order to apply. Is it possible that everyone can apply via aforementioned methods without registration?

4. Can “Internal” job type can be only “email” and “external url” removing the other options, which will make it clear to the recruiters?

5. Can the theme colors be changed?

6. From the civi employer dashboard (and the pop-up dashboard), can “applicants”, “candidates”, “meetings” be removed in order to make the dashboard more clean as these features won’t be used.

7. In the “packages” can be added only “free” package which will be in the beginning free and after some time there will be paid options?

8. Can the design of the top menu be changed?

9. Does it use wp job board plugin?

Thank you for answering my questions, it looks awesome!

Hello,

Certainly, here are brief answers to your questions:

1. Additional Filters: Yes, you can add more filters like “experience” to the home page search bar.

2. Custom Filters: You can add filters like “languages” and remove unnecessary ones as well.

3. User Application: Candidates can apply without registration via email or external links.

4. Job Types: “Internal” job type can be narrowed to “email” and “external URL.”

5. Theme Colors: You can change the theme colors to your liking.

6. Dashboard: Sections like “applicants,” “candidates,” “meetings” can be removed for a cleaner dashboard.

7. Packages: You can start with a “free” package and later introduce paid options.

8. Top Menu Design: Yes, the top menu design can be customized.

9. Plugin: It doesn’t use the WP Job Board plugin, our theme use Civi job framework develop by us, but offers similar features.

Feel free to ask more or proceed as you’re ready.

Best regards,

Sorry for the pre-sale questions. I only understand below

1.) We are Nepal based human resources agency currently running offline but thinking to take it online. We have a lot of job seekers’ database, and on the website, all the job seekers’ profiles and resumes are managed by our team. Then further Want to create a package where employers can see user profiles and download resumes.

So, our requirement is employer only downloads the no. of a resume as per what we allow based on package pricing. when they reach the limit. they should upgrade the package to download more resumes.

When the company selects any resume then will contact the job seeker.

Broadly, our Business is resumes selling.

Is it possible with your theme?

Hello,
Absolutely, our platform is well-suited to your needs. You can manage job seekers’ profiles and resumes, offer different employer packages for resume downloads, and seamlessly connect employers with job seekers they’re interested in. Our theme can effectively support your resume selling business model. If you’re ready to transition your agency online, we’re here to help you get started.

Feel free to ask if you have more questions or are ready to proceed.

Best regards,

Hello, thank you answering my last question, sorry pre purchase questions:

Can a freelancer advertise his/her services based on hourly / daily rate and the employer enter the number of days they required this service, then the total amount can then be calculated based on that.

Thanks

Hello! No need to apologize. Yes, Civi theme allows freelancers to advertise their services based on hourly or daily rates. Employers can then input the number of hours or days they require the service, and the platform’s system will calculate the total cost based on the freelancer’s specified rate. This approach provides transparency and flexibility for both freelancers and employers. If you have more questions or need further information, feel free to ask!

I checked your live dem of the emplouer section and i did not find this option to feature jobs. Kindly show me how i can do that in the live demo

Hello seijalduhan

Employers can mark featured jobs in Dashboard -> Jobs -> Mark Featured -> https://prnt.sc/ESt29Oh8wYik

Kindly Regards,

Pre-sale question: Can anyone register as an employer and submit job postings as any company? For example, can I register as an employer ABC company and submit a job for Microsoft company?

From what I have seen on other sites using Civi, anyone can select any company from the company list when submitting a job which is not ideal. If I register as ABC company, I should only be allowed to submit jobs for ABC company and not any other company.

Please clarify. That’s is the only doubt I had. Otherwise everything looks perfect. Can’t wait to try this out!

Hello vrexadmin,

With 1 user ID can create and manage many companies created by this user. Also, they can post jobs with the company of their choice.

Furthermore, they can only manage and select companies for the jobs they want in the companies they create. And they cannot manage and select the company for the job from another employer account created

Regards,

Hi, please could you answer the following post-purchase questions:

1- To hire a temp/ad-hoc workers: Can the employer post a job specifying the start and end date, also can the job seeker can search for jobs starting or ending on a certain date 2- is it possible to show a call for action (view profile) under the candidate listings? 3- as a freelancer, can add a list to advertise hourly rates and the employer can add the number of hours required (with a minimum example of 8 hours) 4-can you add the job start date/end on the job search filter? 5-is it possible to disable education/awards/reviews from candidate profiles?

Thanks

Hello Ybadawy, thank you for contacting us. For your questions:

1- Employers can post jobs with specified start and end dates for temp/ad-hoc workers. Job seekers’ ability to search based on specific dates depends on the platform’s features.

2- “View profile” call-to-action can appear under candidate listings, customizable via platform settings.

3- Freelancers can list hourly rates; employers specify required hours. Custom features like minimum 8 hours depend on platform.

4- Adding job start/end dates to search filters varies by platform capabilities. Check platform settings or docs for availability.

5- Customizing candidate profiles (education, awards, reviews) depends on platform features. Consult settings/docs to disable these features.
