I’m using the Vape demo
I’ve used the Theme Settings to create a new color scheme. However, those changes are not being reflected in the demo home page.
Example – Carousel section at bottom (Best Sellers / Trending / On Sale) has prices in red and button in orange. Those are not my colors.
Is there a separate stylesheet or theme setting panel that controls that?
Do all the premade sections have color stylesheets that override my choices? I don’t want to have to customize each section every time.

The Problem: In the “Banner Text Lookbook” section of the Unsen theme, the “Text Pin” feature is not functioning as expected on iOS devices. Specifically, when we click on the “Text Pin” dot, it fails to open the corresponding “pin text” popup, which is essential for providing additional information to our website visitors.
This issue is consistent across iOS devices and browsers and is preventing us from launching our website as planned. Both the menu and footer issue, along with this “Text Pin” problem, are negatively impacting the user experience on iOS devices.

I am posting this here, but the ticket system is very slow. And I can’t get the response I want. I want to setup multicurrency using shopify instead of th4 multicurrency. However, when I used shopify multicurrency I can’t change the currencies in the drop down box. The solution is in th4 coding of the drop down box, but I can’t seem to figure how to change the currencies display.

Overall I like the style of this theme, but there is a HUGE issue where products are not showing, only blank placeholders with $19.99. We are using this theme on Shopify for selling products, but it is incredibly inconvenient when products are not shown. Therefore this theme is totally useless…

I would like a refund so that I can purchase a different theme. Your Unsen theme has been incredibly buggy. There are times where my products show, then there are times where they are just BLANK on the page and displaying a price of $19.99 for all items. I’ve created a ticket but you are EXTREMELY SLOW to respond. The store is a critical part of my business and I can NOT have spotty and buggy performance when taking the shop live. PLEASE OFFER A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I see that MULTIPLE PEOPLE are having major issues with this shopify template.

Hey, im interested in this theme, but when comparing it to other themes you have I noticed this one doesnt include the Customization option (add text, upload files, etc). is this right or you just miss it and didnt mention it by mistake?
Second question is regarding the sections. Is it possible to create exactly the same section that included in this theme, but with the other theme you have (which also include the Customization feature) called “Kalles”?

Thank you for asking questions. Unsen theme has Customize option the same as Kalles, you check this document: https://docs.the4.co/unsen/product-page/product-main/customizable-product. In general, these themes have the same features, they have different designs and theme sections. For example, Unsen has an amazing Slideshow 3 here: https://docs.the4.co/unsen/theme-sections/slideshow-3, but Kalles doesn’t have it.
