Hi, I purchased last week your theme here on themeforest in order to use it as the project management system for our company. There are too many bugs in this theme, multiple times editing cards doesn’t apply or just deletes previous information, team members are not listed properly, avatar images are broken. But mainly if I use the timeline view in the task list and move some cards in the timeline it doesn’t really update card dates and also deletes the old dates. Also, the sidebar main menu doesn’t open properly a lot of times.
This tool could be very powerful but there are too many things not working as they should.
I opened a private ticket, but haven’t received any answer in almost a week, we can’t really use this tool for work, it’s not reliable, I want a refund.

Yes, both themes are built on same platform. So all the plugins are compatible [Live Chat, Drive, KB, Events Calendar, Zoom/BBB meetings, Push/SMS/Whatsapp notifications, Phone login, Bookings, realtime sync. etc.]. WPLMS uses an Learning Management extension whereas Micronet uses a Project management extension. So, both platform can work in tandem as well, like you can have an LMS along with a Project management, use LMS for compliance training or employee Skill management.

1. You can create unlimited Member types (Drivers, non-drivers etc.), 2. Create custom profile fields ( name, license etc. ) 3. We have upload profile field so you can use it to upload licenses
4. We have Location profile field so you can add location profile field as well.
5. Since this is a PWA it easily converts into Android/ iOS app.
You can try it and if it does not work out we will refund, no issues.

Sounds like a good start. We’ll use “projects” for each “delivery” task or another option is to group “delivery” tasks into areas ( where we can use “projects”). Do you think there might be some down-sides to this idea?
Re #4, location, can we attach google geo-location functionality, do you think that’s feasable? #5 – so creating an app “container” with the website should do the job, correct? or do you have something else that you might suggest?

Hello, after a week of tests and communication with the client, the theme is not what they are looking for. It doesn’t suit their needs. I understand, no problem just post a refund request we’ll approve. It was always a long shot becuase the theme is not meant for drivers etc. but you had a vision so I thought maybe give it a try. Btw, were you able to setup the location and fields ? The support page is https://wplms.ticksy.com , our internal support system is not setup right now, so we’re using ticksy. This project is a part of a bigger project which we’re working on.

Awesome, glad that you got the usage although it is still quite complex. We are working on simplying the setup part, so that the complete setup can be done completely from the front end and buddypress can be made optional.

How I can add the membership or restriction feature on it? like super admin then admin? I want to use this for my 3 companies so for that I just want one super admin who will create 3 Managers then Managers will manager there projects etc.
Yes you can, you can create multiple Member types in WP admin – Users – MEmber types, then assign these member types with Capabilities in WP admin – Vibebp – Settings – Projects . So the super admin can be the site admin and admin can be given special rights. Now, the admin will get admin access to the project he is enrolled in.
I tried but I am facing the issue that they have no restriction. What I want, Please understand. Super Admin create 3 Companies, then created 3 Managers and then manager are going to manage companies tasks with team members. But All of companies members should be different and also teams be different. Hope you’re understanding now, can you please how I can do that?

2. Not yet, but since Gravity Forms has an API we are planning to integrate it in our platform.
3. Yes, the shortcodes & third party plugins can execute with WP – VibeBP sync, you can embed standard pages in app as well.
4. No the App pages (components) are built with specific functionality which works under the environment provided by app.It comes with an added advantage that is a PWA and Android/iOS app conversion.
To control components per member, you may consider using Member types, since you can create different version of the app page per member type.
Thank you very much for the feedback, will try implement these. regarding Q4. my goal is to have a user sign up for a crm app project manager using a membership system to gain this role and be able to invite other users and keep things private so not just anyone can see the projects, just the people who are invited to the projects can see and if they have a active membership. this seems passible manual but trying to automate it. Please note I’m still very happy with the product, these are just additional settings i was hoping to set up with ease or understand how to use it in a custom way.
a. By default the people who are invited to the projects can see the projects. So a super admin can add an admin to the project. b. We will add a additional setting for super admin to see all projects.
So a user who buys a membership plan can create projects ? This can be achieved easily with few lines of code. So on membership purchase all we need to do is change his member type to Manager.

My purchase code is failing to validate in order to set up a new ticket. I’ve purchased two licenses and I am only using one at the moment. The app pages don’t display an actual calendar, kankan board, task list, etc. Some pages don’t load at all and when a page loads, the only content I see is instructions. I was under the impression that the app contained the actual features but they don’t seem to be available? The following pages are working: profile, messages, members, and settings. None of the other pages work and they were not available at the point of initial installation. I tried to set up new pages but they also aren’t displaying in the app.

Since the entire framework runs on 1 single page, Project creation, tasks etc. You can use any theme, download the plugins supplied in the theme package. Install buddypress and the plugins, then create the App page, configure the app menus and done. We can help you with the setup.
