The error you’re seeing usually happens when the full theme bundle (ZIP) is uploaded instead of the installable theme ZIP. After downloading the package from ThemeForest, please unzip it first. Inside, you’ll find the actual theme file (for example: lovelove.zip) — only that file should be uploaded via Appearance → Themes → Add New.

It’s just that in elementor version greater than 3.15.3, there are none “Lovelove Theme: By wpoceans” elements in elementor builder. That’s why in elementor builder, any custom (from template) elements are displayed as empty (no element).
