Already Submitted a ticket but no reply! I have almost gone through every comment from those who have already purchased it. Sadly, ThemeKalia team has not fixed any problems. The customer service is terrible, and it’s been almost a week with no response from them. Lesson learned: I will never buy a cheap theme from ThemeForest. Is there any way to get my money back?
