Experiencing a pathetic support. We had an issue with the product quick-view. We flagged it to the support via their chat system and here is their reply https://prnt.sc/_MIzgP1z70CD . Guys you need to understand if you are not able to fix the issue when it is flagged then what is the point of us paying for a support license. I have the license left for next 11 months but the support we are getting is pathetic. The guy over the chat says that they will release the fix in their next update and he doesn’t think that we need to go live. Probably he may be thinking , until he comes back with his theme update i need to sit with my client selling on the road. This is frustrating guys. We started contacting the support from 20th of December 2023 and now it is 23rd of Jan 2024. Almost a month is gone and no response yet.
