Hey there, pre-sale question
I am a fan of the PiP for the videos but what is the extent of that? Does the video only play PiP style when you’re scrolling only on the same page the video is on? would it play on your phone if the user were to minimize the web browser, would it still play PiP style on the phone? Would to PiP video play if you went to a different webpage on the same website (like youtube)?
What are the various styles or options of the videos playing Picture in Picture style with your theme??

When autoplay is on, the sound will need to be muted. It’s an updated policy from 2018 for most browsers:

Hi, I just purchased the theme, and I want to configure the theme so that all video pages will have the youtube video thumbnail as the featured image automatically. Is there a way to do this?
I’m currently downloading the thumbnail from youtube uploading it to my site and setting it as the featured image for the post. This way is very inefficient.

Still the issue us that you theme says add “Youtube Videos To Wordpress Posts” plugin and it’s not avail anymore. From my understanding this use to intergrate the videos into the theme, without it all you see is an embedded youtube video and none of the theme features work. so your instructions are outdated now, that’s why I was asking if another plugin did the same function… Please don’t send a cookie cutter respond…

The menu on the top right-hand corner with the “login” & “submit video”buttons now completely disappears when visitor has an adblocker on.
We’ve tested extensively this theme and we’ve found multiple issues with the ablockers, which we reported a number of times before.
With more than 50% of all web surfers using the ABP, this is a problem we can’t ignore.
Kindly advise.
Also noticed since your update last week that, if the adblocker is on, then the Youzify login form also suddenly blocks after adding login credentials…was working fine.
Should add this is on the Firefox browser. Used by 50% of websurfers too. We test all our sites on multiple browsers, FYI, to be sure there are no problems.

However, it doesn’t support sorting by month like you need. It is only available with widgets.

Please provide a link to your templates SERVER REQUIREMENTS so I can tell if I should bother buying another template or spend the money on a template that actually works as advertised.

Or simply download the installation file from Envato and install normally (don’t remove the old version) – WordPress will recognize this as an update.

I’ve done all of this, I had it installed on a my old server fine. Is there some php add-ons that maybe are not installed. I checked everything including a fresh install and I know how to use the cpanel but it’s just not importing the title or description, I also added a 2nd api import key and the same results. I’m not sure what support can do different

I guess i was thinking that it’s something simple because i have another video theme and it works fine. I didn’t want to send another $41 because I could buy another script that works like my other one. In your docs you don’t show any server scripts that needs to be installed.. Thanks anyways
