How can I change the number of products per row in a collection? I want to have mobile = 1 and desktop 3 per row.

I have tried everything in Customizer -> Product Grid -> Default products per row but it always shows 2 on desktop. I am getting desperate, do you have any idea?

I’m sure there is an error in the theme with the mapping on these variables:

Default products per row (Extra large): 2 Default products per row (Large): 2 Default products per row (Medium): 2 Default products per row (Small): 1 (centered) Default view grid (Extra small): 1 (centered)

If I now change “Default products per row (Extra large)” from 2 to 3, mobile AND desktop 3 are displayed.

maybe somewhere “Default products per row (Extra large)” is assigned to mobile? Can I change this?

what can i do? My goal is that on desktop 3 and mobile 1 per row are displayed

Once you or visitor change it, the browser save the visitor choice to cookies and ignore the default values.

You may test the default values in the browser incognito mode. You may also disable the grid control buttons in the theme settings.

Hey. I never realized until recently but the theme seems to return a very weird difference in pricing with EUR only. USD is my main currency with Shopify Payments and EUR is one of many other currencies, but the only where I realize there’s a 2% difference in price between what’s shown on collection or product pages and what’s show in the cart tab, cart page and checkout.

I have documented this issue on Shopify Community and Shopify chat support has been unable to understand the problem and blaming the theme for introducing a currency converter tool : https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussions/price-differs-between-product-page-and-cart/m-p/2218068#M383922

I don’t use the legacy currency conversion… so I don’t understand if that would be a theme issue. But here it is and I can’t make sense of it.

Hello, I would like to set up my website close to this reference website: https://pangaia.com/ On the reference site, I really like the floating menu bar, and also the clean and modern design, some Shella layouts, such as V14 and V16, are visually closer to what is desired, but I would like to know if this floating bar functionality is available for Some of them.

Thank you for your interest in the Shella theme. The theme has not such design for a sticky header. You may edit the theme source code files to add it to your store. Or hire a developer.

The theme has and option to show a sticky headed when you scroll top or show it all time. I enabled it on the V14 and V16 demo stores, so you may review it.

How to Move the Collection Description to the Bottom in 6.0.0 ?

Done exactly as mentioned in the screenshot. When I do this, it is displaying the Title and Description above the entire collection as well as below. How do I stop it from appearing above ?

There are three options highlighted. Position. Bottom or top. Content on desktop – only title, only description, title and description. Content on mobile.

Two sections. One for position top, title only Second for position bottom, description only.

Hello, I just updated the template from v3 to latest version, but one thing I think changed that couldn’t figure out is the sorting of products within collection, before sorting defaults to show the latest updated product, now it shows only the latest created product. How can I revert / use that option to show the latest update product first. thank you!

Hello, thanks for quick response. When I revert to old version of the template, it sort by update is still working fine except for the load more. So I believe something changed in the template though I couldn’t find it. I will try to reach out to Shopify. thank you!

I asked because we currently using another theme and if the performance is worse it is useless for us to spend time to with this theme. It takes quite long time to translate and set up all the pages etc. We do it once with the Ella theme and speed performance was very poor.

This is by far the best Shopify theme on Themeforest. The only problem dynamic checkout do not work in new update 6.5.0 (at least for me) and you can not link tiktok / snapchat social media. Other than this eveything runs smooth. Hope you will resolve the issue in next update. Keep up the good work!

No. When Shella 3.0.0 released. There was not Shopify online store 2.0 update

OS 2.0 support included since 4.11 Shella version. I recommend you to use the latest theme version.

I have extended support for my domain goodfooddelivered.co.uk & also sent an email, as your ticket system is not detecting that support has been extended.

I am having an issue with licence code not being detected on subdomain created by shopify markets, with translation app.

Please can this error be removed, so that full site is functional again.

Problem solved… When launching exlm from the App tab, it doesn’t automatically give you the option to choose what you’re uploading. I figured out how to see and choose “Theme Settings” for the import. Would not have known without your screenshot so thanks!

I checked your store. It looks like not a theme related issue.

2) 404 error means that URL doesn’t exist, it looks like you store doesn’t have this product any more. Please check your store admin -> products. Is this product exist and active?

Is it possible to add a notes field in the sidebar checkout?

I have “Show notes on sidebar” ticked under theme settings > cart but it doesn’t show.

I’ve only just noticed but the order notes field (not product notes) appears to not save notes into the orders page when an order is placed. I have tested this on multiple orders and a small amount of orders somehow have their notes saved. Are you able to replicate this on your end?
