Oh right sorry. On your Swirl demo home page, the Header Image and the other largest two images on the page have swirls appearing on the borders above and below the image preventing the frame from appearing like a normal frame. For example the second image with of the guy with the glasses and the caption “If you have the idea we will find the right way”. Are we able to change the shape of the image frame to a usual frame or move the location of the swirls above and below the frame. We tried to find it in the docs but don’t know what its called. Thanks again.

Ah, ok. Sure, you can change it to a classic frame or change the masks used for top and bottom swirl.

If you edit the section in Bold Builder’s backend editor, on design tab of Edit Section modal you will notice two properties called: Top coverage image and Bottom coverage image. These are the images used as masks.

Remove them both if you wish a classic frame or change them to the ones with the desired shape.

If I reply to a response from support after just ten minutes, I have to wait another 4-10 hours for a follow-up. One issue can take an entire week to resolve because of this.

I want people to know the problems they may encounter prior to purchasing. I used the comments to help decide if I want to buy a theme.

Bold Builder situation is not a good alternative to Elementor or WP Bakery. Especially if support and documentation is lackluster.

Related to the url of the contact page you have sent – this seems as a link to the contact form post, not the contact page – you can see the contact page in the list of pages in your wp-admin. We are not sure if contact form 7 even publishes individual previews of forms or you need to preview them by placing them on an actual page.

Here is how the Setting generally work

The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on a per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice the Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.

You probably have a logo related override (and some other overrides) set on the home page and it caused the problem. Try removing logo related overrides on pages with issues.
