I have some questions regarding reporting. I will need to estimate revenue vs time to be pulled put at different stages. e.g.monthly or yearly vs different type of courses. Is this possible?

Not really. You have to have at least one course defined in the dashboard. It could have any name, details etc. but it has to exists. Let me know if you have further questions.
if we integrated to the wocommerce then the wocommerce user login and register will be used in differentiating customer ?
once we login to woocommerce and then we book an appointment , can appointment entry seen of that particular logged in user in wocommerce dashboard ?
