Hi,
I purchased this theme on my old domain name but that domain name no longer exists. I want to install this on my new domain name but couldn’t verify license because it says it’s already being used.
Would you be able to remove it from my old domain name so I can use the license on my new domain please? I couldn’t uninstall the theme anymore because the domain name where it was installed doesn’t exist.
I hope you could help me.

Great theme. I would suggest you add blog item views beside the header. Gives an idea about the blog item popularity and value.

Hi there. I just purchase theme. But how about translation (po and mo file not charge in?) thanks in advance.
it’s good: just take Poedit > new > translation > choose Arter.pot, select language and translate! Save with the themename-fr_FR (change -fr_FR with your own language code) and upload it into the theme folder (in language” and into the “language > theme” of wordpress too).

Hello, you need to fix a few small things as follows:
1. Regarding pagination for the portfolio, it lacks margin. You can add the following CSS to your theme.
.container-fluid :not(.col-lg-12) > .art-pagination { margin-left: 15px; margin-right: 15px; }
2. Remove img.art-banner-photo in the HTML if the user does not select any image.
3. Add portfolio improvements. - Added option to combine both Category filter and Pagination. - Add interface option to always display description on Desktop.

Hi, i don’t understand what you mean.
There is no way of adding a Captcha inside the contact form, without completely destroying the design of the contactform, right?
Is your theme made for integrating Captchas inside the form? Also the quizes inside contact form 7 don’t work. It destroys the layout.
I get a lot of spam, hence I want to ask the user a simple question like 7 + 8 = 15
I got honeypots to work though, surprisingly.

RecaptchaV3 works and honeypots as well I think. The quiz inside contact form 7 didn’t work. At least the design will be broken from it.

Thank you for your quick response friend. As I mentioned before, I love your work and well-designed themes. That’s for sure!
Unfortunately for me, I’m now on the market for a new theme due to the fact that for me to get support for Arter, I would have to pay a total of around $28 for only six-month support. It’s one of the highest support I’ve seen but everyone is entitled to their wages and is not my place to dictate your prices. It’s my place to enjoy your theme on my site 
It wouldn’t be cost-effective for me to pay for more support on a theme going on almost 3 years old. Now, It would be nice if it had more options to change the look of Arter perhaps with that option I might of consider it.
But like I said, I love your work and my choice was solely on cost-effectiveness. For around the same price I could get a new look and the 6 months support.
I will defiantly look at your portfolio first before shopping around in hopes we can continue doing business.
