Hi Sales, I’m building a website for an artist and it’s very important that the images when shown in a post grid output – eg Lekker home page small masonry grid or the portfolio page with – the masonry grid – that the featured images are displayed at their original proportions – ie not cropped to fit a predetermined grid height or width – is there an option to do this with your Lekker theme? thanks kira

Hi this is still a pre sales question, can you confirm that within your theme you have a post grid output and can it display featured images – at the correct image proportions without cropping and displayed these in a masonry grid layout. they need to be post not portfolio so url mapping is not changed and so that you can click through to read more or see post details.
Also another presales question does this theme come with WPBakery page builder plugin option or only Elementor? The info panel says it’s compatible with WPBakery page but the support seems to only cater for Elemnetor?

Please note that items displayed in portfolio list can only link to portfolio single items. It is not possible to add custom links.
For Blog Lists only layouts shown in screenshotare available.
Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Good morning, we bought this theme in December 2020. The theme was active on a wordpress whose hosting expired and was not renewed. So we can’t go in to deactivate the license from there to activate it in a new one. You can help us?

Hello, I am having a very difficult time with this theme. It really relies on Elementor to do all the cool stuff, but it is so slow on my site. It barely functions. I’ve been very unhappy with this theme, but thought it might be my hosting plan. I’ve decided to change hosting companies. I transferred my site and now I’m locked out of using the theme but can’t deactive the theme to my old site (it is the same domain name) on your qode support site. So, what should I do? Am I out 85 dollars? I put a support ticket in a few days ago and no one responds! Starting to think it isn’t me that is the issue here. Help please!

Once you edit your portfolio Single pages you do have an option within our Portfolio Settings > List Settings > Display Item in Simple Layout which will only show the title without the featured image in the List appearance.

Hey! Purchased this theme and need to add a drop down to the contact form. I cannot get the drop down to look like the rest of the form fields. Editing CSS and it still looks off. Can you send over the qode-gri-item CSS to get it to match the rest of the form.

Hello I have this theme for a client. His hosting site is down, I would like to reconfigure it under a sub-domain and then repatriate it to his domain. Is it possible to have a temporary license? (some days, maybe a week.) I can’t access the wordpress table on the main hosting. The database is down.
I’m not going to buy a second license for so little. correct?
