Here is a nuance… it’s not dependent on my install or my specific use of your theme… your own demo’s have it.
When you hover over any of your icons (the ones placed there using the built-in element in the editor that came with the theme (ie. not an image I uploaded and can put in like normally done)) on any of your demo’s or sites… you will see the title tag show up… however, there is no way to change that title tag… so whatever it is that you all named that SVG icon… is how it will show… which can be problematic. Any ideas of how to change what the title tag is or not have it show?
Here is an example… go to your demo: https://pawsitive.bold-themes.com/buddy/ scroll down to any of the icons on that page… but for this context… check out the dog icon above the text, “Dog Boarding” – hover over it on a desktop… it will say, “Icons-Pawsitive” – that is the title tag for that SVG icon element.
Please don’t ask me to re-ask this on some private support forum… this needs to be shown so you all can tell us how to fix it and everyone can fix it. I’m sure a lot of folks don’t even realize it… and didn’t notice but it’s not a one-off situation.
By the way – other than a couple of minor nuances… these templates are high quality and very good looking.

On the other hand, you are trying to use that purchase code with the Timeline plugin which comes with the theme.
You should not activate the licenses of packaged plugins The packaged plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme you are using, Pawsitive and they do not require the license activation.

It shouldn’t be that way. Please check if your Pawsitive theme version and Pawsitive plugin are the same version – 1.2.5
Also, make sure to purge the server cache if you are using the caching plugin and browser cache prior to testing.

Thanks both the theme & plugin are currently running version 1.2.5. I have cleared the cache and tried on 2 different browsers and all is still the same.
The font on the headers on the pages have changed and are huge also on various pages you can see the font is a lot bigger than its supposed to be.
This has only happened since the update but the url is https://www.picklespets.co.uk

As far as we can see, the font size on the pages is the same as on our demo:
https://pawsitive.bold-themes.com/buddy/team/All headlines are set to use the large size, at the theme defaults it it to 3.5rem with the base font size of 16px.
Since you are using different tags throughout the site (somewhere h1, somewhere h2), you can add the following to Appearance > Additional CSS to decrease the general size of headlines with large size set:
.bt_bb_size_large.bt_bb_headline h1, .bt_bb_size_large.bt_bb_headline h2, .bt_bb_size_large.bt_bb_headline h3, .bt_bb_size_large.bt_bb_headline h4, .bt_bb_size_large.bt_bb_headline h5, .bt_bb_size_large.bt_bb_headline h6 {
font-size: 3.0rem !important;
}
This code reduces the size to 3.0rem, please adjust it in line with your preferences.
Alternative is to manually adjust the font size on headlines with the issue, but the option above should do the job in a more efficient manner.

Thanks for additional info it seems that the entire font is not being loaded for some reason.
We have tried recreating the issue on our servers and we were not able to – so it has to be something specific either to your environment or the theme settings.
Can you please revert to the new version of the theme (or create the same staging environment with the new version of he theme) and send us wp-admin credentials so we can take a closer look at the issue?

The cause if this is, most likely, the Hello World post which got the featured image id in the process of demo content import, but the image does not physically exist in the Media Library.
Because of that it is not valid and generates a warning in the latest posts element.
Please remove the Hello World post from posts and check if the issue persists.

Booking forms on our demo are all Contact Form 7 based. Pawsitive theme does not include a booking management plugin, all booking submissions end up in the email inbox, and there is no availability check.
If you need a fully featured booking management functionality, you will need to use a separate, third party plugin of your choice.

I have Google code that needs to go above the </head> tag. The documentation for your theme says if you go to (for the theme’s settings) Settings -> Custom JS that it puts any code placed in that section into the </head>... it does not… it puts it in the bottom of the website. Where can I put this google code snippet other than manually editing the header.php file so the code goes above the </head> tag. Thanks.

I was trying to avoid using another plug in. I can sort it out from here by just throwing it in manually. Please update your documentation as it says the “Custom JS” section puts code into the <head> section… and it does not… which could cause issues for the person who needs to run the code.

I have also contacted our hosting company and they are saying the theme is not compatible with WordPress 6.2. their reply is. It seems that this error is related to the recent upgrade to WordPress 6.2 where and more specifically the theme of the site, what you can do is to check this issue with the theme support or restore the site to its previous WordPress version until you receive an update for the theme first where those incompatibilities with the new WordPress core version are going to be patched

Latest Wordpress update 6.2 has broken my site
Getting either “HTTP ERROR 500” or “There has been a critical error on this website.” if I keep refreshing the page
Restored backup and it worked again but it instantly auto updated to 6.2 and same issue.
I have downloaded 6.1.1 and uploaded via FTP and its working again, definitely looks like 6.2 is causing the issue.
Also your Bold Themes Wordpress Importer plugin breaks the WooCommerce Home Page – Disabling it solves the issue

BoldThemes WordPress Importer plugin seems to break the home page of WooCommerce causing a white screen. Once disabled it works. Perhaps an update is needed? In the mean time I have disabled it with no ill effects.
