I am interested in this theme, but affriad of delayed response by support team, what is your time zone and response time please be honest
Please check our support system, response time as quick as possible with in 2 hours.
it says “This author’s response time can be up to 2 business days. ”, i had purchased similar other theme yesterday morning and there support is horrible, still not able to do initial configuration, there support team not responding in timely manner.
That is maximum time especially on Sunday , but sure you can get support reply within 2 hours.

I was able to import Demo, but Logo is not getting changed, i Changed it in both Theme Option and Appearance-> Customize -> Site Identity, but same is not working, still its showing ExPlug Logo.
still waiting for response from support team.
You also now not responding after a purchased the item, earlier you said that “sure you can get support reply within 2 hours.” but its more then 4 hours now but still no response from support team.

Before I purchased theme you were replying within 5 min, but after i Purchased you started ignoring message, Support ticket already created almost 12 hours ago on https://zozothemes.ticksy.com/ and ticket id is already given to you that is #3495661 , all details including admin login details, relevant Screen Shots, Error Messages every thing posted there but still no response from so called support team. and by the way its the weekday not weekend.
