Hello. Social sharing button on top is not working. Pressing telegram , viber does not work. Only working is twitter. When presses facebook it loads a page not Facebook application. Please fix or tell me how to fix
The font sizes are not changing accordingly. The colors are not working properly sometimes its over written by other colors.

The feature require this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-popular-posts/ After installation you can check the post view counter should be counted up when refresh the post page (you should logged in as an administrator to avoid page caching)
I did everything indicated and I have waited a few days to see if the system begins to give results but unfortunately all my entries are still zero.

I have another issue. It looks like there’s a style sheet missing or something. I’m trying to set up a single post page, and it doesn’t seem to matter what settings I change; it looks the same. Any ideas? Let me know if there’s a fix for this.

I just submit a new theme with child theme fixed. The theme version is still v2.0.1. Please download `All file and documentation` and the new child theme can be found in the zip file at `/Theme files/neue-child.zip`.

I just bought and installed this theme on my website. When looking at the documentation, it looks like it’s VERY outdated.
All of the documentation is referencing the classic editor and nothing about the block editor.
Without the proper documentation, it makes it nearly impossible to move from one theme to this theme.
Is there anywhere else I can get the documentation? If not, I’ll be asking for a refund of my purchase.

We recently updated into wordpress 6 and suddenly the site is getting an error or getting a black blank screen. I think it has something to do with the lightbox with swipebox. Please help.

In the last months I’m facing a really annoying issue: during page loading there’s a long “white screen” time before the entire page appears. This is far more evident with smartphone navigation. You can test loading one of the articles of website https://www.scienzabenessere.it/ with a smartphone (on PC or laptop the problem still remains but the loading is much quicker). I tried to deactivate all plugins and custom JS, but nothing changes. Neue theme version.1.9.8 (child theme). Thanks

Hi, I tried to install the 2.0 theme but there was no way. The installation is successful but then when I open the site it gives me a critical error and blank page. I have reinstalled version 1.9 and everything is ok. Any idea on the possible cause?

Please make sure that all theme’s plugins of v1.9 has been disabled before installing v2.
Anyway, It would be better to try up v2 on local staging site.
I reluctantly rolled back to the previouos Neue. a quick question. how can I make the H1 on the search results page a different color than the H1 on blog posts. They are both white but I need the search results headlines to be black.
Also, when will we be able to update old Neue to new Neue smoothly without a developer and a lot of work? I like the way new Neue looked.

Then navigate to ‘Theme Options > Custom CSS/JS’ and paste into ‘Custom CSS’ option.
For upgrading, I have no plan at this time.
I’m having too many problems with 2.0 and need to roll back to 1.9 but when i uploaded 2.0 it overwrote the previous version. is there a way to download 1.9 so i can reupload it to my site?
i downloaded the theme file above right and tried to upload the legacy 1.9 zip file to WP and I get this message:

To rollback to v1, Please download “All files and documentation” from ThemeForest download page. Upzip file and you will found the file “legacy_neue_1.9.8.zip”, Just upzip this file again and the installable theme zip file is in the zip file.
2 ofher tiny glitches— my hyperlinks lost all styling and look like regular text. How can I style them across the site to be identifiable as links?
And again, on mobile, my homepage headlines are more vertical than horizontal. They haven’t sized down for small screen and it looks weird.
i actually was able to fix the hyperlinks with some additional CSS. any thoughts on fixing the homepage mobile headlines? www.familiesgotravel.com

one more question: styling my hyperlinks with CSS overrode the colors for the links in my nav bar and off-canvas panel, even if they are selected in the customizer. nav bar is purple and off-canvas panel is blue, so the links have be white, as opposed to the blue they are in the text. do you have css for that?

The v2.0 has a different structure and options from v1. Please check this note https://envirra.github.io/wordpress-neue/index.html#/troubleshooting/README?id=migrate-to-version-2x Or you can continue using v1 since it’s still supported.
That’s what I did. I downloaded all files and documentation. The “theme files” folder imside is what gives that error message.

Updated to Neue 2.0 and i’m getting a message that my theme does not natively support menus. So I no longer have my nav or mobile menues. The header of my homeage is black and red instead of my custom colors. My logo is gone, I have a date and H1 I don’t want. And I no longer have a place in my WP back-end menu where I can change the settings, like colors for my Theme. I can only do it in the live Customize area. So how do i get my logo, theme colors and menus back and how do I get the date to disappear?
I figured most of this out. But can’t figure out how to customize mobile settings. How do I choos mobile menu just for mobile. The logo is too big and the homepage is loading funny on mobile—too narrow and too long.
Last things I’m stuck on still has to do with mobile settngs: On my mobile site, clicking on the search icon gives me a 404 and the pop-out menu doesn’t work. and there is mo other way to set up a mobile menu. www.familiesgotravel.com

Please go to ‘Appearance > Customize > Layout’. You will see the Primary and secondary navigation section. Click into it and the menu dropdown will be in the menu subsection.
For the mobile menu, please go to ‘Customizing > Layout > Off-canvas Panel’.

i have it configured correctly. and the OCP and search bar work on desktop. But on moile , when i try to click the OCP nothing happens—no menu pops up. And when i click on the search icon i get a 404 page. do you have any idea why these are not working on mobile and is there a way to fix it? maybe a conflict? or another setting I have to adjust?
BTW, i love the 2.0 version of the theme. very clean looking. And I’m hoping it’s a bit lighter than previous.

The webpage seems incomplete loaded (some javascript file does not load). Please open DevTool to check which file is not loaded or disable all plugins (except theme’s plugin).
