Does your theme support uploading the entire demo with all its data, including text, titles, logos, images, and everything else? My customer loves the theme but requires it to be 100% identical to the demo, with the ability to replace the images and text with their own content.(Bag Shop)

Hi, I had purchased theme and it have bugs in it and its about 2days i submit my ticket but i did not get any response. Really bad suppport.

i purchased a regular licensee for this theme. i installed the theme in a xampp environment on a local laptop. Because of some setting issues, XAMPP crashed. i re installed XAMPP on a different folder with different port numbers.

when I entered the purchase code for the theme, it gave me error that I cannot use the licensee on multiple urls. it is already used on ‘localhost:8090/savitur’

my previous environment : localhost:8090/savitur my current environment: localhost/savitur

I don’t think we need to purchase licensee for every dev environment and then also for production website. Please advise how it can be resolved.

I am unable to find landing page files in the download. Can you explain or provide the files?

If this is the case, the item details and documentation are misleading. It advertises that it includes 28+ landing pages, and the documentation has obviously outdated information for installing them.

2. If you install on the subdomains, it will work but we only support for a main site, don’t support for subdomain.

3. Yes, you can install on the staging site before install on the production site.

I just renewed my theme and plugins to the latest version after a very long time. While everything is working like a breeze and I loved the new dedicated theme dashboard, the single product page is messed up. The product gallery is not showing up in the desktop version and I am getting broken images in the mobile view. However, the images are just fine in the media and inside the ‘edit product’. Even the product switches to the next image on hover in the product catalog page. However, the single product page is messed up. Any suggestions?

I just learnt that the problem is the with the single product styles. The gallery is working just fine in the ‘Single Default’ setting but not in ‘Single 1’, ‘Single 2’ or ‘Single 3’
