Hi i just bought the theme and im trying to install custom fonts but when i upload them i can see them on the media library but i can’t select them. Can you help me with this? Thanks in advance.

When adding custom font please make sure to also set “Custom Font Name” (please see screenshot) so it can appear in the font-family dropdowns under that name. We also recommend checking this article for more detailed instructions.

is this theme have demo contents with WPbakery page builder?
Hi,
Unfortunately, there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. The theme uses Elementor as a page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

Beautiful work on this theme Mikado! You are an incredibly talented designer. I also loved your theme Lekker and am planning to purchase it. I have a question about Lucrezia – when I import the demo data from the Lucrezia Dashboard and select import all, including attachments, it keeps getting stuck at 44%. Am I doing something wrong? perhaps I need to delete some partially downloaded demo files from the server?

EDIT: my hosting provider helped me to update the php memory limits and I tried deactivating all the plugins except contact form 7, woocommerce, elementor , lucrezia core, qi/qode interactive – it was able to upload more up to 72% and then got stuck.
in case it’s helpful here are the updated settings:
memory_limit = 1024M post_max_size = 512M upload_max_filesize = 512M max_file_uploads = 200 max_input_vars = 10000 max_execution_time = 900 max_input_time = 300

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Your theme is very technical and hard. This is best suited for advanced designers. Your theme doesn’t work with my hosting, It won’t let me upload the theme demo The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. PHP Time Limit 128M is the highest my hosting provider offers PHP Max Input Vars 1000 is the highest my hosting provider offers
Please help or please process a refund for me as does not work.

Hello! I just purchased the template. Then added the theme, uploaded both .zip files. After that installed all plugins (slider revolution says it is outdated). Now imported the “all” content and nothing works on my site. Why could that be? If i use the shortcode for slider revolution it is just white and all the pictures etc arent loading. The theme is beautiful but complex if you aren’t a code expert, just a designer. I simply can’t edit headers (vertical or main), footers, because after spend LOT of time looking for where there were to edit it (generally it’s in Templates >> Theme Builder), I could finally find them in Appearance >> Widgets, and they’re in codes format. Any visual suggestion to edit it? Or do I need to recreate all headers / footers? I also changed the Lucrezia logo for my logo on general settings, but it doesn’t appear. Now, it’s blank. The preloader, I can’t find where to change Lucrezia logo to my logo or anything else. Social media links on the vertical header or on the pop up in the main header, which are below “follow us” is to share content on your social media, there’re not links to drive visitors to my social media profiles to follow me. And there isn’t option to put my links. Just inserting it using Elementor Pro. Everything… very difficult to edit… and fail… if I could, I’d return it.

Please note that even if the Headers and Footers are included in the Elementor Pro version, our theme is using the Free Elementor version and header and footers on our demo site are created with our header/footer templates, so unfortunately, we didn’t test the Elementor Pro header and footer feature with our theme.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
