Is there a possibility that I can arrange it myself so that it will also fit Sefrai’s browser (iPhone) 6. I saw that there is only a Twitch stream, is it possible to add a YouTube stream as well?

Hello, with an update, you made the Top Header Bar fade out when scrolling down. However this causes functional issues and lots of bugs and also disturbs the design. Is there any way to permanently show the Top Bar like it has been before? I checked the settings but haven’t been able to find it.

Hello, the display of “icons” on the quests page is not working for you.

What you’re seeing isn’t and issue! They are shown like that because the quests aren’t unlocked yet (the icon means locked or “open” quest)!
Once users earn them, they will be shown the colored token, this way people are encouraged to finish the quests to “unlock” the tokens!. What you see in the live preview is an example of some of the tokens locked, and others unlocked.
is the gamipress premium addons included inside this theme? what are the add ons are included from gamipress?
No, GamiPress premium addons are NOT included with the theme. Also, we can’t ensure full compatibility with all. You can use the GamiPress free features to achieve what you see in the theme.
If my site has a membership plan to access community pages and certain features, do I have to buy the extended license or the regular if I am not reselling the code?
Hi egondndacct, licenses depend on what you need and the final use that you’ll give to the theme. For specific uses, we suggest to contact Envato’s support because you’ll be able to tell them specifically the intended use and they will tell you what license you need. https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard in that link, at the bottom, there’s a link below the support title that says “Have a chat with our friendly Help Team” after clicking that, at the bottom you can submit a ticket.

While i’ve got your attention, i wanted mention that the Newest Members widget thingy doesn’t work out of the box… well atleast for me.
It’s only displaying me (the website owner) Although the other website members are still showing up in the members list.
Any news on this? Are you guys working on it?

We are working on trying to reproduce this issue on compatible browsers, Safari browser is not compatible as you can see in the “Compatible Browsers” section.
Regarding members not displaying, do you have the “Paid Memberships Pro” plugin active?
If so, please check the “Paid Memberships Pro” plugin options, in particular the global / specific membership “BuddyPress Restrictions” -> “Include in Member Directory” option, if set to “No” it will hide non-members in the BuddyPress member directory and widgets.
These options can be found either by editing a specific Membership you have created or the “Non-member User Settings” in the “Memberships” -> “PMPro BuddyPress” backend menu.

My issue is the “Newest Members” box in the activity page which is only displaying me. I have no idea why when someone registers, it doesn’t appear in the new members that recently registered…
Thanks for answering about the header issue also! It’s surprising that it is not supported as Safari is the default browser for all iPhones. But if you ever find out this issue on compatible browsers, i would be happy for it to be fixed

V1.9.9.6.2 provided that the Header hides when scrolling down. When scrolled up to top and bounce, the header is hidden and hard to display again. Please see the following video for reference. It would be nice if this is fixed. Thanks.

when a user shares a link on this theme, no featured image propagates. We tried various plugins but cant get the featured image to show. Is there a plugin or way we can show the featured image when a user shares a link?

Why badges does not show the default image to not earned achievements like quest do?
Quests and Badges have two different unlock methods, as you can see in the live demo https://odindesignthemes.com/vikinger-theme/badges/ badges are shown even if they are locked.

I’m creating a Saas startup that features chatbot support, which will be only available for users with a paid membership plan. I”m using a WP plugin for the chatbot.
My queries are -
1. Do I need to buy a separate membership plugin for this to work with your theme? If so, which one is recommended.
2. For after-login pages, how/can I use the theme builder? This is right now crucial for me. For instance, I need my after-login pages will be – A Dashboard Page – A Blog Page – A Knowledge Base Page – A page where Chatbot will appear. – A page for User Profile where they can change their profile picture/password. – A Page for Membership Details info. (so, I’ll need a login/signup page as well)
3. I’ve seen there are lots of page options in your theme, can I turn off all of them and enable only the ones that I would need?
4. Do I need the Elementor Pro version for page building with your system?
5. The key concern is I”m not a tech-guy. So, I do need to accomplish the project without needing to touch code, at least initially. Can I rely on the functionalities to work with my requirements?
Hi ybh740852, after reviewing your queries, we are sorry to say, but we don’t recommend you this theme. First of all, you’ll need code customization in order to achieve what you need. This is due to the really custom nature of the design (that has things like a custom slider with icon tabs in the profile pages instead of the classic BP row of links in order to make it look different than the average BP theme) plugins that may work in a vanilla theme, may require some code customization in order to integrate them.

I’m having an issue where the main header menu gets hidden if you scroll, and if you scroll back up it does not re-appear.
Is there a way to make the main menu sticky?

another issue is in the main menu before you sign in. the black Wordpress log in top header appears. How can you get rid of that, so it is only the nice looking login button on the top right

Hello I mentioned earlier in this comment how there was an issue the top header gets hidden when you scroll down, then scroll back up.
Someone else has the same issue and you told them this isn’t an issue , but I have the same issue in this comment.
This needs to be fixed the header is too important to get hidden.

I have 2 issues I want to resolve.
1. I need the original high resolution reaction images located in vkreact\img. I asked with another account (Sitz) and you told me that I have to login with the purchased license account and download the file and they’ll be there. I did that and I can’t find the high resolution reaction images anywhere, I can still see them in the vkreact\img folder but they are the low 40×40 pixels ones. Let me know where I can find the high quality reaction images if they exist please.
2. I created another support request asking you regarding a plugin for creating a Block/Report functionality and you told me that it requires some coding to implement into Vikinger (https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-toolkit/). The Report functionality seems to be working but we are having problems making the Block functionality work. There is a function that gets the activities vikinger_get_activities(), my question is, is there a way to send a parameter in that function, excluding activities from specific users? Also, can you guide us a bit in which parts of the code we need to make additional implementation to make the block feature in Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress work properly with the theme? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

1- Please download again the main zip file of the theme, just in case for you to have the latest version. Inside the “Illustrations” Other” folder you’ll find the PSD with the vector reactions.
2- Please keep in mind that due to Envato’s Support rules, customization is not part of support, so the support team won’t be able to help you with this as it falls outside the scope.

I have a purchased license for Vikinger but not on this account, I’m just sending from here maybe you can help because I can’t remember the credentials of the other account (if I need to send you from that account I will). I need your emoji reaction images in high definition because I like them very much and I don’t want to changes them, but on mobile devices they look really bad as they are 20×20 images. Does your designer have the original images of those reactions? Please let me know if you can provide them, thanks in advance!
