Hello, I have purchased the theme a few days ago in order to use it on my website, but I found out that this theme doesn’t have any documentation as the documentation page doesn’t even exist while it is stated “Well Documented” which is not true. This theme is also highly uncustomizable, you can’t edit colors, text styles and almost anything from what you put. I would like to request a refund as you have provided wrong information on the theme page “Feature-Packed and Customizable: Onchain comes fully loaded with a wide range of customizable features”, “The theme’s design and extensibility allows you to expand it as you wish.”. Thanks in advance!

Whenever I try to install plugin Onchain Theme Core I get the error stating: “The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. Please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin according to the WordPress guidelines.” and it results in not being able to see the theme at all. Can you provide me a solution for this?

HI. Unable to change the description of team. Name, Title, I am able to change. However, Description keep showing Team builder, blockchain developer and cloud architect. Can you give me access to your dashboard and I will do some tests? Looks like smth is blocking the plugin installation. (use the contact form on my profile page for private messages)
You can also try some tests. Unzip the downloaded theme file and find the folder called plugins. In that folder is located cpt-onchain.zip file. Try to install this archive file from Plugins-> Add New-> Upload zip file.
