Sadly I ran your theme through Claude ai – basically wouldn’t use this theme. Sadly it’s an awesome looking theme. External listing shows last update: Nov 2021 Theme version progression looks old (1.x series, low adoption spread) Reality: This is OLD in WordPress terms WordPress core is now 6.5+ → this theme was built/tested around WP 5–6.0 era ⚠️ That’s a red flag.

At the moment, importing a single page — like the Wedding 2 page — isn’t possible on its own. To access that specific layout, you would need to perform the full demo import for the Wedding 2 demo.

Once the demo content has been fully imported, you’ll be able to edit the page using Elementor, and you can also set it as your homepage by going to Settings > Reading and selecting it as the homepage. Hello, is this theme still supported? The import of header and footer does not work for me. Header and footer are created, but have no content. The documentation is outdated and messages to support are not answered.

Quite crazy how you make the theme compatible with newer versions “not even sure it works with the latest wordpress version”

What version of elementor / aheto do we need to be able to import the sample sites since with an update to the newest ones it does not work.

Yea I remember we did respond to the email and requested for credentials. However am not able to trace the ticket unless with a name of an email. For security purposes you can share the subject of the email you created the ticket with.

How do you force the theme to ALWAYS use the mobile menu? And how do you keep it on the Right and the logo on the left?

You guys seems just unbareable to deal with. I have been waiting for a response for 3 weeks with this message with instructions on a such simple thing as installing a new update from the old one to the newest one.

We use the Snapster theme that we bought from you. And we ran into a problem after a theme update that happened a few days ago.

Previously, before the update, when you open any photo from the gallery, you could see the controls (arrows) that allow you to scroll through the photos. And it was convenient.

Now (after the update), when opening a photo from the gallery, there are no controls. And, accordingly, the photos are not scrolled. Only if you click on the empty area behind the photo, only then do the controls appear. As if some photo opens on top of the existing one. It’s wildly inconvenient.

Unfortunately, I myself do not understand the code, so I have to turn to you for help.

Can you tell me if I can fix this on my own or is the problem somewhere in the code?

Still haven’t done what you promised to do over a week ago. Got this message from Nishant Thakur, FoxThemes (maybe he looked at it and thought OMG I can’t do.) CAN SOMEONE GET THIS INSTALLED WITH DUMMY CONTENT OR OTHERWISE MY CLIEN SHE WANTS A REFUND AND WE WILL PURCHASE OTHER THEME WITH BETTER WORKING ELEMENTS.

Downloaded a fresh copy of the them but got an error.

Ensure that you have downloaded the theme package from ThemeForest and have it saved on your computer.

Extract the contents of the downloaded package. Inside, you should find the main theme file, which is usually a .zip file. In your case, the file name is “themeforest-JtBEJYoz-snapster-photography-wordpress.zip”.

Do not install the entire package you downloaded. Instead, extract the main theme file from within the package. You can usually do this by double-clicking on the .zip file.

Once you have extracted the main theme file, you should see a file named “snapster.zip” or “snapster-theme.zip”. This is the file you need to install.

Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to “Appearance” > “Themes”. Then click on the “Add New” button.

Please can you reply to my support request contact forms have stopped working, my client getting zero emails, you stated configured wrong, it has not changed and stopped working for over 2 weeks now please advise

have had to resort to having NO CONTACT PAGE, or contact forms – creating a button that directly emails client – AWFUL THEME AND SUPPORT – DO NOT BUY

Also had to insert elementor header and footer templates as theme headers and footers as mentioned below are broken

Contact form issues are not caused by the theme. You need to configure the form plugins settings correctly and also configure SMTP service for email delivery. If you do not configure SMTP, the emails will land in spam folder.

It’s almost 4 months ago we were promised an updated version which you need to provide for security concerns, why isin’t your team following the update pace of wordpress?

Not sure if they can do anything but if i don’t personally receive an update today i need to get in contact with themeforest about this more than minor issue.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE THEME. DO NOT BUY THIS THEME. It has several issues with the HEADER and the Home pages and import data. This theme is not like the thousands of other standard themes when it comes to importing demo content and selecting a header. Even after I have selected the Header and footer and the Home page I want, the Home page is still HELLO WORLD BLOG! With a big gray box on top that says HOME PAGE 3. This sucks. I have purchased many themes from Envato and theme forest and this is the worst ever.
