Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The area you are referring to is called “Footer Bottom Widgets”. This area is populated by adding widgets to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Bottom Widgets area. By default when there are no widgets, it displays the default widgets which is what you’ve marked. You can simply add your own widgets for the default widgets to disappear. We have documented about it here : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/blocks-sidebars/footer/#footer-bottom-widget-area
You can also configure this block or disable it in Electro > Footer > Footer Bottom Widgets.

The section you mentioned is brands carousel .Our latest version of the theme uses MAS Brands for WooCommerce plugin for managing brands and we can change the logo of brands.

Hello, I need the phone number in the footer to have a link. I have saved the field “Call us number” with the html code (+34) 000 000 000 000 but it does not recognize correctly the url, it puts in front the domain. How can I fix it? Thank you.

Hi, Reposting under the correct account. My top navigation menu has stopped working recently.The sub-items don’t open when clicking or hovering on the the arrow that should open the menu. I’ve disabled all 3rd party plug-ins but this hasn’t solved the problem
I can see the following JS errors, if this helps: Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires at least jQuery v1.9.1 but less than v3.0.0

What is the right size for Woocommerce images? Because I would like to upload images of different sizes but the box does not apply a 1:1 crop but shows some larger images and some smaller ones.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The dimensions of the images to be used in the loop and single product pages are set in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images. You can set it to any desirable image size dimension. However, the image will occupy the maximum width available in a given layout. You can read more about it here: https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements/
If you have set uncropped, then the images will be of different sizes. If you crop, then they all will be the same size. The theme does not modify the behavior of image sizes from WooCommerce. In our demo site we are using 720px*620px image size.

Hi , after the update mega menu broke so i decided to change it in your theme toggle menu.The problem is that you the toggle menu dont open the suncategories with the arrow and it only redirects to category page cause of link.I want to open the subcategory of the mnu.Do ou have any idea?

Hi again, I’ve been playing with some CSS combinations but I just can get it. I added a text under the woocommerce price sufix: “(inc. IVA)” and manage to resize the font on different places. But I would love to see that price sufix below the actual price number (in a second line), instead of aside, as shown normally. When the prices are more than 4 digits the legend, the text goes to the next line and I rather have the structure consistent among the different products.

I updated electro to its latest version and everything is updated into my website and the mega menu is broken and I cannot fix it. While some of the mega menu items appear as they were previously appearing(good), some of the mega menu subcategories appear horizontally and they are very messy…

so you want from me to renew support, because an updated version you provided broke my mega menu and my site? Not willing to pay for the way things happened….If it was happening randomly and for other reasons , it would be reasonable to update my support.
